Our room was pretty dirty, the remote had food all over it and it was sticky, there were cobwebs, and our room was right by the elevator and vending machine and I felt like it may as well have been in our room. It was so loud!

Getting in and out of the hotel was easy. However the hallways were SOO loud at all hours of the night and my room had no hot water

The smoking in other rooms was so horrible. It smelled awful in our room all night. We will not be going back.

Friendly check in. Room was super clean. Very pleased. Bathroom and shower very small. But clean.

Just a rude clerk with no customer service sense

Desk clerk was extremely rude, tried to convince me that I had not advised him about having a dog during check in, despite witnesses who heard me say so. After that, every interaction was rude and looking for problems. Other than that, all was well. Bed and pillows were luxurious, room was clean, heat worked fine, no problems.
