Firstly, it took staff 30 minutes to get the door to open. Faulty handle. Once we got in the room, immediately realized that it wasn't the ADA room that we had reserved through Expedia. Hotel staff said that their correspondence received from you hadn't indicated an accessible room. Of course they didn't have an ADA room available for several days. We already had our luggage on a cart in the room and were tired from traveling, so decided to take the room anyway. An uncomfortable and potentially dangerous stay.

The property was very clean. I was there 10 days and requested my room to be cleaned half way through my stay and was told I would be put in the list. The room was never cleaned before I left. The neighbor was loud and I could hear everything. Overall for what it is I would stay there again.

This place really bad. Old carpet. Dirty filthy walls. Carpet was so nasty I never took me slippers off. The hallways smells so bad. I checked out early just to get out of there.

Stay away! You have been warned!

Where do I start? Walking down the hall every door said no smoking but you could smell smoke like it was a bar. Entering the room we immediately could smell pet urine and the humidity in the room was unreal! The carpet even felt wet. We found the window was unlocked and appeared that someone tried yo enter from the outside. The bathroom was horrible. The lower walls were discolored and dirty. You could tell there was mold on the ceiling and they tried to paint over it. They also tried to spray paint the cocking around the tub. Lastly, every time the A/C turned off, it made a loud noise that sounded like a dog. We could not wait to get out of this place!

Nice little home away from home

This is the second time we have stayed here. This time was over 3 weeks while we searched for our new home. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Manager Shante went out of her way to welcome us and make certain we had everything that we needed. The suites are roomy and we loved the fact that the sleeping area is a separate room. Nice pet area just across the parking lot with good lighting at night. A nice bbq area with tables on the side of the building. Kitchen area was very user friendly with ample storage, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and cooktop. Plenty of other amenities to make our stay even better. Gym, snack machine, 24/7 coffee and laundry facilities. Dryers took a while to dry but eventually got the job done. All in all we would book again if needed and definitely recommend to friends.

Avoid this place. Smells terrible in common areas, bathroom floor was filthy, hotel employees will door knock to get you out at 8 AM, and the worst part - they have cockroaches.
