Guests have full private access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living areas, kitchen, dining room, and all outdoor spaces—two balconies, a front porch, a large back deck, and the backyard.

You’ll also have free off-street parking in a long driveway that can fit multiple vehicles.

Please note: There is a locked closet near the front entrance leading to the basement, and one additional closet off the living room that is also locked. These are used for owner storage, but you’ll still have plenty of closet and storage space throughout the home for your belongings.

Our home is located in Pendleton Heights, a charming and historic neighborhood just minutes from downtown Kansas City. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax that’s still close to all the action, this is the perfect spot.

Exciting updates are coming to Kessler Park, located just a few houses away enhancing walking trails, playgrounds, and scenic spaces for guests to enjoy during their stay.
