There was a gentleman staying across the hall from me. He had visitors that were repeatedly knocking and screening through the room door. From 8pm - after midnight the two people were in their room fighting causing a very loud ruckus making it very hard to sleep not knowing what was going to happen. No staff member intervened, other guests tried but were not successful.

First room they gave us was dirty, smelled, etc. After bringing this up they could not give me a refund so they moved us to another room, the second room was much better but after the experience with the 1st room just felt gross. Staff was understanding, calm, and respectful during this process though which I will give praise to.

I enjoyed my stay there, it was clean and the staff was friendly, they even let me check in an hour early and I wasn’t charged for it, I over slept breakfast but it was quiet and I felt safe.

Paid for a late check out which was never approved so had to leave at 11am instead of 3pm as planned. Free breakfast consisted of cereal, apples and oatmeal. Checked in online but they still asked me for credit card and ID in person even though I repeatedly told them I’d already filled all that out and uploaded my ID online to save time when checking in. The king size bed was comfortable, but the sheets do not fit and the mattress cover does not fit so it came off repeatedly and was very annoying. Tv got about 5 channels. Bathroom was filthy, we didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower in it.
