This hotel is incredibly dirty! I’m ok with out dated but it was filthy. I’m also pretty sure that most of the guest live there. I felt really unsafe. Travelocity should not offer this as an option to book.

Wouldn’t stay again

Dark, dingy hallways led to a worse room. The carpets were sticky, the tub was so gross(possibly stains, maybe not) we wouldn’t stand in it for a shower, a broken condom was on the shower head, floors had hairs, sink was clogged. The A/C was literally the loudest I've heard in an hotel but at least it worked. Also could tell it’s old, just needs an overhaul. The pool was cloudy and green, right in the lobby.

Our stay was HORRIBLE . Walked into our room and the floors were sticky . Then the first thing we noticed after was there was SNOT all over a couple of our pillows when we pulled the sheets back it looked like there was dog hair all in it . When we called to let them know what happened they were only trying to replace the pillow cases . When we went into the bath room our shower curtain has mold and an orange stain all down the bottom off it . DO NOT STAY HERE .

Don't stay here....

Bathroom floor and room floors were dirty and sticky. Ac didnt work in 1 of our rooms and the other room the ac was very loud. 1 of the doors did not deal well and the bathroom door did not close all the way. We rented 2 rooms for 3 nights and when we asked for towels on the 3rd night we were greeted with rudeness and it took 45 minutes for them to come. My husband went and asked 5 minutes after i did and was handed the towels right away. We left a day early for going over $200 in charges to drive the 3 hours home because we were very uncomfortable and the hotel staff was rude.

This hotel is on its way out. Every tile floor is slippery. The pool is nice and large but the floor surrounding it is horrendously dirty. Ceiling tile holes are filled with Kleenex and caulking serves a structural role in their plumbing. There is a broken down vehicle in the parking lot that has been abandoned so long that the tires are flat. That pretty much sums up the condition of the entire property.

I got charged $100 for incidentals and the charges were not reversed on my credit card. We left the room in perfect condition - there is no reason I should have been charged the $100 anyway. VERY UPSET. I called to enquire about the charges and couldn't understand what the receptionist was saying.

Not good experience

Not at all like the pictures. Very deceptive. Did not clean the room the entire stay. Had to change rooms due to knocking in vent and then leak in ceiling. Not clean, no ventilation in the gym which had equipment that didn’t work. I was so glad to leave.

No, just no. Do not stay here. We just traveled there for a Volleyball tournament in which this hotel was listed as one of the "stay to play" choices. Usually, that means it will be suitable for the stay of our tournament. Wrong. Not only was the hotel DIRTY (I wish this review would let me add picks), it was also nothing like what the pictures showed. My teens were so excited to swim in the pool that was advertised. Instead, it was a pool not even close that didn't even look hygienic to swim in. Additionally, this pool was in the center of the hotel. Any pedophiles could easily look out their windows and watch my girls swimming - not safe, not clean and not even close to the pics. Another reason we chose to stay there was for the free breakfast. We didn't even try to eat it. The food looked old- and because I was starving, I ate a mini muffin and ended up with stomach pains 10 minutes later, so it was also old. I'll end my rant with DO NOT STAY HERE. Spend a little more and find a place that has good reviews. I was embarrassed to have booked this hotel, but we were stuck. Lesson learned.

Don't stay here!

We booked for the soul purpose of the great looking pool. The water was so disgusting! Hair floating everywhere and just plain dirty/cloudy like it hadn't been cleaned/filtered in weeks. Not to mention they close at 9pm which on a wknd night seems ridiculously early. Our room was not very clean... Hair still on the shower wall and a dirty wash cloth was hanging from the spout. We also found a dirty sock that was left which leads me to believe it was never vacuumed because it was in plain sight. We only stayed because the beds appeared to clean and were comfortable. Bkfst was ok.... Would give it 4 out of 5. It was the typical continental bkfst.
