The Waldo Escape is located minutes from Waldo. Quick Uber or Lyft rides to grocery stores, shops, restaurants and other local establishments.

*IDENTITY VERIFICATION and PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide all reservations with damage protection of up to $1,500. This protection plan is $350 for all stays 30-59 nights and is included in the cost of your booking. Extension coverage will be separately invoiced at the rate of $130 for each additional 30 days. Please note, guest screening is also required for any bookings made through VRBO or direct. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Safely to complete an identity verification before your reservation date for any direct or VRBO bookings.

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.

* PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.

* PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee for one pet or $125 for two that is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet host provides dog bag stations). There is a fully fenced back yard! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*BOOK WITH CONFIDENCE! This home is operating legally under the new Kansas City ordinance. This property is a minimum 30 night rental and not required to be licensed as a short term rental with the City of Kansas City. Any reservation will not be affected by the ordinance!

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require all guests to digitally sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.
