Our three person room was very efficient and well thought out with plenty of storage and lighting. Availability of an awesome breakfast, 24 hour espresso and ice cream and tea, laundry invaluable. Very pleasant day. Would definitely stay again.

Staff are very nice and helpful, free breakfast, coffee, tea, ice creams and snacks available 24 hours. Room is clean with fancy lighting , bathroom is large and equipped with multiple spray heads. The best is free usage of washer and dry, which is my very first time experiencing. My only complaint is that the dryer is not hot and functioning well.

Very warm welcome by the staff when we arrived. The breakfast buffet has a very good spread and it is also a snack bar from 6-10PM. Our room feels spacious and it has a very big TV with numerous channels. The bed is comfy and clean. Our toilet is the best. It has a bathtub with all the needed toiletries for a couple nights’ stay. Very good indeed. The hotel is about 10mins walk from the Central Park KRT. Please don’t walk with your luggage because it is so tough to pull it along the pathway. Otherwise, all is good!

This hotel, in a manner which I think is common across the Kindness chain, provides very thorough and helpful service and excellent amenities for a 3 star hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, and although they do not speak perfect English you will not have any issues as a non-Chinese speaker. The breakfast options are varied enough, although not comparable to a big buffet breakfast - the difference is that the quality of the food that is provided is very good indeed! The free dinner snacks are also perfectly suitable as an alternative to having a meal elsewhere if you are pressed for time. The internet speeds are excellent if you use the wired connection (LAN cables are available at the front desk). Rooms are spacious, and I was impressed to find that my bathroom had a bathtub. The location of the site is very convenient. There is an on-site laundrette with free detergent and fabric softener provided. Those arriving from the airport will fint that the Central Park MRT exit is closer than the Sanduo Shopping Center exit. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, or another in the Kindness Hotel chain. I have rarely, if ever, felt so welcome at a hotel!
