Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, rice maker, spices, etc) with granite countertops, modern stainless steel appliances that make it easy to prepare meals, and a private Lanai with a Table and chairs. Garden-mountain-pool view, just 150 feet to the beach, for spectacular Sunrise!! Vaulted ceilings, open floor plan, Free Wireless Internet, and Free parking. Brand NEW SMART TV. NO Resort fees. Two outdoor BBQs and 2 pools are available for guests to use. The property is centrally located on the East side of the island, Kapaa town, which makes it easy to travel to popular destinations all over the island, 15 minutes from the airport. walking distance to a variety of restaurants, Grocery shops right across the street, and the famous coastal East Shore walking/bike path. and Yoga classes. The condo is located near the Highway. We remind you that Kauai is a tropical climate island, which hosts mosquitoes, ants of all sizes, geckos, flying cockroaches, etc. Pest control services are provided regularly in my condo; however, we cannot eradicate the natural habitat of the island. Please be accepting and respectful when you are on the island. Please help me preserve the freshly painted walls so we can enjoy them for a while. Please kindly use a towel on the New mattresses for extra protection, especially during menstruation or when caring for children. Please note that any stains on the mattresses will incur a $250 cleaning fee.
