Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa is conveniently located on Kauai’s Royal Coconut Coast in the Historic town of Kapa’a, a 15-minute drive from the Lihue airport. When you stay in one of the condominiums at this award-winning resort, you’ll be treated to some of the best accommodations the island has to offer.

This beautiful second-floor home can sleep 6 people in its two bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two full-sized beds. This beautiful home also features three bathrooms with Travertine stone tile, jacuzzi tubs, and two showers.

The gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances by Wolf with a glass cooktop and oven, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Whirlpool dishwasher & GE microwave. This kitchen also has granite countertops, African Mahogany cabinets, and is stocked with everything you need to cook as much or as little as you like while enjoying your time here.

The furnished lanai will allow you to enjoy the fresh air while sipping your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine.

This is the nicest condo that we have stayed in since we have started coming to Kauai. The grounds were beautiful and the accommodations were excellent. We loved the pools and spas. Our rooms were large and we had extra things like boogey boards, beach chairs and a cooler. The host had spices, oils and cooking supplies in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

This property served as a good home base for exploring the island. Great location for exploring North and South. The Oasis is fantastic! The best restaurant on the island that we found. Furnishings and appliances dated but the beds were comfy. Great water pressure and air conditioning.

Great Condo for Family Vacation

Great Condo, very well equipped for a family. Our 8 yr old loved the pool, water slides and lazy river. The beach is great for sunrises, there isn't a lifeguard so you really want to be a strong swimmer to go in the ocean. Lydgate Beach is 5 min away with 2 salt ponds suitable for beginner swimmers. Unit is located close to an elevator and a short walk to the pool. We made use of the fitness center daily, which has spin bikes, tread mills and elliptical machines. There is a Safeway grocery store directly across the street which was super convenient for groceries and plenty of restaurants, ice cream and shave ice places within walking distance if you don't feel like cooking. The beds were super comfy with nice linens. We found the location to be well located for excursions to both the north and south shores, Ha'Ena state park is about an hour drive north and Waimea Canyon a similar drive to the south.

Amazing Kapaa Condo

Great condo! Listing was very accurate, communication and instructions easy. Great condo for families with the two beds in the second bedroom. As others have said, that old green couch has been replaced with something newer and nicer. We would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Vacation Stay!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family's two-week stay in Kauai! I love that our kids were able to have their own room and bathroom (if you travel with two teenage girls, you'll understand this is a god-send) and the kitchen was fully - I mean fully - equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals during our trip. I think the pictures in the listing are a little outdated because the couch and lanai furniture have all been reupholstered, which is a great improvement. The condo was surprisingly quiet (even being close to the stairs and elevator) and we didn't experience any disruptions from other guest rooms. There was a teeny issue with the A/C due to a mass power outage, but when we called, maintenance came right away to fix it. The pool area was amazing, the towel exchange was so convenient, and having the ocean just steps away from our condo was heaven. The beach is a little rocky, but we were able to swim in it. We also enjoyed many oceanside sunrises. Location of the resort is perfect: it made for easy trips to both the northern and southern parts of the island. Having the Safeway across the street was so convenient. We also loved having quick access to Starbucks and Tropical Dreams Ice Cream. Our girls really enjoyed being able to go to Ross for shopping. :) From the pictures, I was a little worried we would feel too much like we were in a busy area, but you truly feel like you are in your own world. We most definitely would love to stay here again!

Pleasant stay for a short island vacation

Well kept and decorated property within a popular resort. Access to a nice pool with water slides and a quiet beach to watch sunrise. Located in the center of the island with similar driving distance to north and south shores. Good selection of local dining options. Highly recommend!

The condo is beautiful and has everything you need and more! We were lucky enough to see a Hawaiian Monk Seal sleeping on the beach right outside the condo complex! It was amazing! The pool was amazing and a great way to relax after busy days! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise with us!

Convenient and easy

Super easy check in, and about as central as you can get. Safeway is just across the street, which made last minute trips for missing ingredients easy. It’s also a short walk to a beach path that made a nice run. The unit was shockingly quiet - we only very occasionally heard the folks above us. The weather wasn’t great during our visit, but the kids still enjoyed the family hot tub and loved watching the koi get fed. Check out was equally easy.

Great family resort, convenient location

Our grandkids loved the pool with the watersides and beach area. We enjoyed the pool area as well. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai for morning coffee and evening meals. We appreciated the central location for ease of touring the area and the rest of the island.

Great stay in great location!

This condo was perfect for my family of four (two adults and two young kids) and my parents. We had plenty of space and I appreciated that there were two full bathrooms. The washer & dryer was also super helpful to have! The resort was a lot of fun and my kids loved the pool. Definitely recommend!

Best vacation spot

You spend so much time agonizing over where to stay. The unit was in a great position. Close to stairs, close to the parking lot, not loud, easy access to the pool. Very quiet. The property is fantastic. Being able to walk to ice cream at night was amazing. We will totally come back.

Perfect spot, and fantastic resort

Absolutely perfect! This is in a phenomenal location on the island. You can easily get to hiking, kayaking and touring all the beaches. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed. The on-site restaurant was one of our best meals on the island. The resort has an amazing pool, and we even had a little monk seal sleep on the beach. We can’t wait to come back!
