Papaya's Organic Natural Health Food Store & Eatery, a Safeway, an Ice Cream Parlor. There is a Long's Drug Store nearby and Restaurants. Coconut Marketplace less than a mile down the road has island shopping and Kapaa town boasts the most amount of eateries on the island.

World famous golf courses are a scenic 20 minute drive to the North Shore to golf where the pros play with panoramic views of majestic mountains, waterfalls and rainbows.

Minimum stay is 3 nights; except for Holidays, when there is a minimum stay of 7 nights.

*D104 is one of six extended floor plan (G-model) condo units with the largest livable square footage (1465 sf) at the resort - 300 square feet larger than the majority of 2 bedroom units.

We had a fantastic stay! Perfect location in Kaua'i for exploring all parts. Perfect location on the property, super close to parking lot and pool, yet felt private. Shopping plaza across the street so convenient. Ample space and A/C inside kept everyone comfortable.

Great Multigenerational Space

The location was excellent for day trips, (especially with kids) exploring the island's north & south coasts, beaches, caves, Waimea Canyon. The condo layout was great with the living area between the 2 sleeping areas. 3 bathrooms (plus 2 across the hallway) also helped for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens + 6 year old. Washer & dryer were a necessity that we appreciated having. There is A/C. Walk-out made for easy access to everything. Parking, check-in were all easy. Kids were well entertained with the pools, hot tubs and the slides, & the Koi pond. BBQs on site were used often. Ocean a very short walk away with lounge chairs available (& convenient for star gazing). Very short walk to Safeway. We were grateful for the cooler and beach chairs for our outings. Staff were great, as were communications & wonderful assistance to get us through our last day's wait for our red-eye flight. Wishes for a successful season ahead.

Family Vacation

Beautiful, fun place to stay with a family. First floor was great as my teenagers could walk to and from the pool. Everyone enjoyed the slides and hot tubs. Location is perfect being close to airport and halfway between Poipu and Princeville. Also, strip mall right across the street was perfect... breakfast at McDonald's or Starbucks, Safeway for groceries, shave ice and ice cream, and many places to eat or within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks on Kauai! The resort is in a great location next to many shopping centers, restaurants and beaches within walking distance. D104 made our stay extra special. Spacious for a family of 5 and had everything we needed, was clean and nicely decorated. The unit is the first room right off the lobby and parking lot which was very convenient with kids. Steps to the pool made it very easy and enjoyable for all of us! We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Kauai. Mahalo!!

Beautiful property

Huge unit close to the entrance of the resort! Perfect spot to stay for our 10 days on Kauai, easy to get to both the north and south shores for different activities and the condo was a great place to relax when we needed a break. Grocery store across the street as well as restaurants and even a restaurant on site was all very convenient!

Loved our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Waipouli resort. The condo was clean and spacious, great location, our kids Loved the pool area and every morning lived at the koi pond watching the fish. I loved that the room was on ground level, super convenient. We will be coming back for sure!

Great Condo!

We had a lovely stay here! Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and it was a great size for 4 adults and 3 little ones. Very helpful that there is a washing machine and great AC. The resort has good swimming options for little ones (family jacuzzi and wading pool), and the location is great for day trips to multiple incredible beaches. Nicely located next to good restaurants and a Safeway for home cooked meals too. Would definitely recommend and would be glad to return!

Kauai 50th wedding celebration

Loved this beautiful condo. Two large bedrooms that easily accommodated two grandkids and parents in one bedroom and grandparents in the other. We all loved the pool and beach, the grounds were gorgeous and we appreciated being so close to a grocery store and lots of restaurants close by. Very easy check in and staff on site were friendly-we’d choose this place again in fact our grandchildren are counting on it!

Great stay

Lovely spacious property! We had 8 people (4 adults and 4 teens) staying there- and never felt cramped at all. Well maintained - clean and convenient. The location of the resort is on the east side- and it’s more in town than some of the resorts in the south, but it’s super convenient especially with teens. There’s a Safeway across the street, and the coconut market with restaurants and shops are a 3 minute drive or a 29 minute walk away. It’s on the beach, and the beach at the resort is ok
 but the east side is so convenient for all the best hikes, and being on the east side gives you access (not too far to drive) to some of the best beaches on the north OR south sides of the island. We had a fantastic time.

Great condo for groups, price point and location

Me and my friends stayed at condo D-104. The communication with the property management was very easy and response was immediate for questions prior to Kaua’i. Having an App to check in and learn about the condo was nice. The condo is at the front area (lobby) of the resort so it has easy access to the parking lot and short walk to the shopping center across the street plus being near the koi pond and pools. The resort has a large lobby but no crowds of checking in or hanging around so location of condo was ideal. The pictures are pretty much what you see in the condo except they have a countertop microwave. Having a washer and dryer was ideal and having 3 bathrooms and a lobby bathroom across the hall was more than enough for us girls getting ready. I would highly recommend staying here. Kapa’a is also ideal for short trips to Lihue airport/Costco/Walmart and easy day trips to other areas on the island.

Beds were comfortable, pool was huge, beach was beautiful. The location was great for accessing the multiuse path, plenty of restaurants near by and perfect for sunrise on the beach. The unit was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation/40th Birthday Celebration

My family and I stayed in D-104 from December 1-11 to celebrate my 40th birthday (Christmas Day birthday). My husband, two daughters (ages 8 and 2), my mom, my mother in law, and father in law all stayed comfortably in this unit. We had additional family members who flew in as well, and they all stayed at this resort. We chose this condo since it was a ground unit, which is great for kids to be able to go outside. We liked how close it was to the pool, and koi pond too. We loved the pool! It’s a fun pool for kids to use. The two slides, hidden cave, and lagoon area are a plus. We loved how close it was to the beach. The condo was clean, and the kitchen was stocked well. We would definitely stay at this resort again, and would love to stay at this exact condo in the future if it is available. Kauai is a beautiful island! It might be one of my favorites out of all of them.
