Welcome to the Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa! The premier resort on Kauai!

Waipouli Beach Resort and Spa is located beach front on the Coconut Coast between the historic towns of Kapaa and Wailua. Located convenient to both Princeville on the north and Poipu Beach on the south. The resort features a fabulous serpentine pool with water slides, waterfalls and 3 sand bottom hot tubs. Additional amenities include a pool side BBQs, new fitness center, Spa by the Sea for all you beauty needs and Oasis beach front restaurant and bar and concierge service.

The top floor 2 bedroom/3 bath (sleeps 2-6)luxury condominium offers appointments seen only in luxury condominiums. Step into the mountain/garden view condominium living room with cathedral ceilings and views of Sleeping Giant and surrounding gardens and ocean peak from your living room balcony. Bedrooms are furnished to offer maximum comfort with 'Simmons Heavenly Beds', custom linens and ceiling fans.

Living room has a convertible sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations. Bedrooms and living room are equipped with wall mounted LCD TV's. Bathrooms with sunken tub and shower are furnished with Indonesian mahogany cabinets and Peruvian travertine floors and counter tops. The unit is tastefully designed in the Hawaiian style by awarding winning Honolulu design firm, Philpotts and Associates.

The fully equipped kitchen is a gourmet's dream with Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf range and oven, microwave and stainless dish washer. Our unit also offers full stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Enjoy your morning coffee or a sunset dinner on the 2 verandas overlooking the Coco Palm Grove.

Leaving your condo you can enjoy dinner and a drink at the Oasis, beach front bar and restaurant or take a stroll on the beach.

For the more adventurous, you can explore the island by land, sea or air. Bike, jog or stroll the new Kauai Bike Path while enjoying the ocean view. Enjoy Kauai by swimming, snorkeling/diving, kayaking, golfing, hiking, four-wheeling, etc. and of course shopping.

For the Keikis we've also provided boogie boards, snorkeling gear, ice chests etc for their outing to the beach,

This is a great unit for a family. My kids loved the pool and slides. The sand bottom pool was a big hit with the kids. The east side of Kaua’i is a great spot for a lot of good food and activities. Princeville and Poipu are only 25-30 mins away. The beds and living room are comfortable and the beach gear is perfect for exploring the island. This unit has AC as well which is a must for my family. 10/10

Wonderful family vacation

We really enjoyed our time and Priscilla was lovely to work with! I stayed there with my elderly parents and my adult daughter and younger son. It was both relaxing and there were tons of things to do so we found the perfect harmonious blend of activity and relaxation. The property was very clean which I really appreciated and everyone enjoyed the space and the proximity to the beach and the other activities around town. The mattress on the pullout couch was perhaps ready for new life and that’s the only reason I gave it a four out of five stars, as it was a little bit uncomfortable to sleep on, but other than that, everything else was really wonderful! We loved it so much and highly recommend it! Thank you Priscilla!

Had a great time in the condo. Would easily stay here again. My only complaint is that the sofa bed mattress is pretty uncomfortable. Luckily we brought an air mattress as a backup.

Lovely March Stay with 1 Year Old

My family (Husband, 1 Year Old, and grandparents) had an amazing time in this condo. It was well stocked with everything we needed (kitchen supplies, port-a-crib, and high chair). Everything was very well maintained and cleaned. The resort was beautiful with a wonderful kid friendly pool. It is also walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. We would love to stay again.

Relaxing Family Trip - lots of fun and sun!!

The property was well described, such that we knew exactly what to expect and it was delivered. The condo unit was well appointed and supplied with some basics (soap, TP, etc) and was very clean! The grounds and pool area are wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, BBQ grill, and onsite bar/restaurant. The location was perfect in that it was easy to get to the north or south shores. Safeway and Coconut Marketplace were very convenient. The younger generation rented bikes near the condo and road quite a way north on the ocean side bike path, stopping at a couple nice beaches along the way. They had a blast. Priscilla was exceptionally easy to communicate with. She responded very quickly to a couple requests and was warm and accommodating. The spirit of Aloha!! Thank you - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful clean condo in a great location. Safeway and Starbucks across the street. Many good restaurants nearby. Try Duke’s Barefoot bar in Lihue for a treat. We really enjoyed the Kanikapila event in Anaina Hou park about 30 minutes away.

Great location and host

Traveling with 3 generations, our check-in day was less than predictable but our host was wonderful - Priscilla had it ready early and she was very responsive when we had a little trouble locating things in the home. The home is perfect with a great location, lots of space, multiple restrooms, fast WiFi, and all the amenities you may need for a large family. The views are great, a grocery store across the street, and swim/surf friendly beaches a bike ride away. Only regret was we didn’t have more time to explore the resort pools but we’ll be back.
