We are coming back very soon. The experience was tranquility in real time. We loved our Villa and the surrounding areas. The ocean view was magnificent and the shops in the area were perfect To keeping us well fed and content. We could highly recommend KBM to anyone seeking accommodations in Maui.

Beautiful unit with amazing views of Kapalua Bay and Beach! Just a short walk down to one of Maui’s best beaches with direct access. KBM Resorts staff was super friendly and responsive to all of our needs, wants and concerns. We loved everything!

The condo was great. Very clean, comfortable, fully equipped and had great views. Close to many beaches, shopping, golf, restaurants and sightseeing places. We would stay there again.

The villa is beautifully situated above Oneloa Bay, offering stunning panoramic views of the ocean from all rooms and lanais facing the ocean. The unit itself was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. There is plenty of space, indoors and outdoors, providing our family of four, including two grown children and their friend enough room to spread out. Two bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit with full, spacious bathrooms and a well appointed half bath (with shower) really gave us a nice space. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for preparing meals, and having in-unit laundry was a huge bonus to go home with clean clothes after our amazing vacation. The air-conditioning worked great (though the breeze in the evening often made it unnecessary), beds were so comfortable - we all slept so soundly through the nights! The location is really what sets this unit apart. Being steps away from the Kapalua Coastal Trail, making for beautiful morning walks, within walking distance to several beaches, including Kapalua Bay for snorkeling straight from the beach and DT Fleming. The property grounds are beautifully maintained with polite grounds staff that wave as they drive around in their carts. With access to three pools and BBQ grills made for some special evenings.

Beautiful view of ocean and nice hiking trail. Clean, safe grounds. Actual condo in need of some upgrades for a resort. Enjoyed having laundry facilities in condo. No working phone in unit and master tv did not work. The internet connection and cell service were poor on throughout the grounds. Water shut off twice and once without notice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The view was stunning, the amenities were excellent, and the area felt safe and peaceful. We were able to walk to the beach and watch seabirds nearby.

Spent four lovely nights in this unit and it really couldn't have been better. The view!!! -- from every room is spectacular. The kitchen was great. Everything clean and well maintained. Bathrooms modern and clean. Gated community and very quiet. Walk to the beach was easy and great location, between the Ritz and Montage. Look forward to a return visit.

Nice, clean place to stay in Kapalua.

- Large living room overlooking the ocean with a lanai that's covered. Nice fully equipped kitchen with upper-end appliances. Upstairs is a large bedroom with a sitting area and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Two sinks. And the bed was comfortable. Small issues with one sink and the shower, and a little further away from the beach that I originally wanted.

Amazing views, great landscaping, and well kept facilities. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and at the same time it wasnt overly crowded. The only thing we found wanting is an onsite bar or shop...but we also realize it isnt a resort like that. I'd have no problem visiting again!

Exceptional value for the cost. Wonderful area, walkable to most coveted Kapalua and Napili Beaches. Posh villas with meticulously manicured grounds. Excellent stock in the house, including kitchen gadgets and local guide books. We will surely be back in the future :)
