This property sits on the 2nd floor of a two story building that is situated directly on the sand of Napili Bay. This unit is an original vintage studio with a equipped kitchen and balcony that look directly at the great Pacific. Watch whales, dolphins and turtles right from this condo! There are washers/dryers available on property. With just a handful of condo complexes on Napili Bay, you will enjoy a low population density at this location.

Your condominium will be supplied with beach towels. It will not however be stocked with beach equipment. Too often items break or go missing and it is not feasible to track and replace the items. Sullivan Properties, Inc firmly believes in recycling & lowering the carbon footprint we leave on this planet! If items are purchased or acquired by guests and are still in good condition, we are happy to leave them in the unit for others to enjoy. If they are extremely dirty or broken, we must toss them out. There are places nearby that rent beach amenities – your property might also have an onsite rental shack. Most of the rental places nearby offer daily or weekly rates. Please note, we are not endorsing these companies simply providing the more popular options in the area : Snorkel Bobs in the Kahana Gateway Center, Boss Frogs in the Napili Plaza and Boss Frogs in Kahana Manor. Kapalua’s beauty can be enjoyed through hikes, restaurants and gorgeous beaches. The hiking trails at Kapalua range from easy to extremely difficult! Enjoy the ease of the Kapalua Coastal Trail, the Village Trails or the very difficult Mahana Ridge Trail. Kapalua is home to some of Maui’s best restaurants. Higher end spots like Merrimans, Sansei, the Plantation House Restaurant, Cane and Canoe, and the Banyan Tree are wonderful for any special occasion. Honolua Store, the Pour House and Taverna are a little less pricy for amazing tasty cuisine. Neighboring Napili town also has a selection of restaurants. Enjoy dining oceanfront at Gazebo or the Seahouse! Cultural flavors of a wide variety, a wonderful coffee store and more are available at the Napili Plaza along with a grocery store, Napili Market.
