The Achtern Schilf holiday home is located directly on the idyllic banks of the Schlei in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz with an unobstructed view of the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord. In addition to the direct waterfront location, this holiday home impresses with its high-quality furnishings and tasteful decor. Three terraces, a romantic wood-burning stove and the private wellness oasis with sauna and whirlpool make your holiday complete and ensure comfort at any time of year.



The open-plan living/dining area on the ground floor impresses with floor-to-ceiling windows, through which the view falls onto the reeds swaying in the wind on the banks of the Schlei and the expanse of the Schlei, which provides a breathtaking panorama right outside the window. A seating area, wood-burning stove and a large dining table ensure cosiness and conviviality. Directly adjacent to the living room is the terrace with a panoramic view of the Schlei. Whether it's a sociable barbecue evening with a Weber grill or with wine and a book, the immediate proximity to the water makes your holiday unforgettable. Entertainment is provided by a Bose Sound Touch music system and a Play Station 5.



The high-quality and fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers everything a holidaymaker's heart desires in terms of cooking comfort. The soda stream provides you with fresh sparkling water at all times.



On the upper floor, the master bedroom makes dreams come true, as guests can wake up and fall asleep here with a breathtaking view of the Schlei. In the morning, the banks of the Schlei offer a true spectacle of nature: when the ducks and swans wake up, you can start the day on the terrace adjoining the bedroom. A second bedroom with two single beds offers space for two adults, while a comfortable armchair bed with a sleeping area of 92 x 196 cm provides an additional sleeping space for a child. There is also another flat-screen TV with a home entertainment programme in this bedroom.



Also on the first floor is the main bathroom with a personal wellness programme: whirlpool bath, sauna with water view and shower make this bathroom a private wellness area.



A guest WC on the ground floor provides additional comfort.



The highlight of the Achtern Schilf holiday home is the large roof terrace, which offers an all-round water view of the Schlei and the harbour of the Baltic Sea resort.



Our favourite spot: watching the reeds blow in the wind and the gentle drifting of the Schlei in the morning.



The Achtern Schilf holiday home is one half of the house. There is a car parking space and a separate bicycle shed right in front of the house. There is a charging facility for e-bikes on the terrace.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
