Two bedrooms on the upper floor comfortably sleep up to five adults, all with beautiful water views.
The spacious main bathroom features a whirlpool tub, shower, and an infrared sauna with sound system. There is also a shower room on the lower level.
The apartment includes a dining area and a new, modern kitchen with direct harbor views. The bright, open-plan living room faces south. Three balconies surround the house, so you can always find the perfect spot depending on wind and sun. The main terrace offers an electric grill for your use.
A parking space is available directly in front of the house. You have a private, spacious, lockable shed for bikes and other items.
