Villa Luce is a new device. The Villa has six apartments. One-bedroom apartments for 1-3 persons and two bedrooms for 2-5 persone are large, comfortable and modern, on three floors. All apartments have balconies and sea views. All windows have mosquito nets.

Villa Luce apartment/condo

A beautiful, modern, comfortable place to stay and enjoy the Adriatic Sea. It is away from the noise and crowds of the busy tourist centres. Enjoy the sunsets every evening with a bottle of Croatian wine from your private balcony. 70 meters from the beach, so you can swim whenever you like. The hosts, Marija and Ivan are wonderful, always accessible for any questions you may have. We would not hesitate to return to this gorgeous place.

Wonderful

Very good position for visit Croatia (Plitvice lakes, Zara, Senj, Pag, Rab etc...), really beautiful and modern apartment (it's almost new) with everything you need for your vacation, very clean and exactly like photos show you. It's perfect if you want a relaxing holiday (there's no night-life there, at 11 p.m. it's all close and very quite: you have to go to Karlobag, 5 min by car, to spend a night in pubs and reastaurants). Owners are very kind and helpful, if you need everything they are very helpful. We had fantastic holidays! Just one thing to be perfect: free wi-fi would be really useful.

Beautiful Friendly Apartment

I don't know how to start to write a review of this fantastic apartment. from the minute we arrived, when Marija and her husband Ivan were waiting to welcome us, till the day we left, we were made to feel very much at home. Marija had even baked us a cake and left fruit for us. The Renić family are all truly lovely. As for the apartment itself, it was one of four that I believe are similarly furnished and equipped. It was modern, comfortable and spotless. There was plenty of space for storage and to move around. The views from the spacious balcony were terrific, both of the coast & Pag and of the Velebit mountains inland, especially at sunset. We sat there every night for a few glasses of wine and to relax. There is a baker's kiosk within a few minutes walk for bread in the mornings and also two restaurants. 1 km away there is also a small supermarket and restaurant combined. It is just five minutes drive into Karlobag if you are looking for a bit more variety. We combined Karlobag, local eating and self-cooked meals on the balcony and were very happy with the selection. For sun-worshippers, there is access to the sea just 70 metres from the apartment and another at the other end of the village, as well as a small beach at neighbouring Cesarica. Ribarica is perfectly placed for short drives to the ferries for the islands of Pag and Rab, as well as for the Velebit National Park to the north and the mountains behind Karlobag. We took lovely, if hot, walks in all those places. We were sad to leave and would recommend Villa Luce to anyone who wants to escape the wild tourist hot-spots for some calm and tranquillity. Thank you so much Marija and Ivan.

Tolle Ferienwohnung am Meer

Eine wirklich sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer ist fantastisch und der Weg dorthin ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig zum entspannen und ein Restaurant ist gleich um die Ecke. Marija, die Vermieterin, ist super lieb und total sympatisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Bootsurlaub optimal!

Die Vermieter sind wirklich unglaublich freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Durch die Insel Pag gibt es zahlreiche einsame wunderschöne Buchten. Die Lage hat aber den Hacken, das es nicht sehr viel in der Umgebung gibt. Zum Supermarkt sind es 40km über die Berge und eine Promenade gibt es hier leider auch nicht. Für einen entspannten Familienurlaub am Wasser, oder auch einen Bootsurlaub ist es aber optimal.:)

Wir können uns den guten Bewertungen nur anschließen.

Marija und Ivan sind wirklich super Gastgeber. Auch ihre Tochter welche uns bei der Verständigung geholfen hat, ist sehr Nett. (Wir sprechen keine Fremdsprachen)Man fühlt sich gleich willkommen. Zur Begrüßung stand ein selbst gebackener Kuchen im Kühlschrank. Dieser war sehr lecker.Im laufe der Woche gab es auch noch eine Flasche Wein frei Haus. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Wie von den Vorgängern beschrieben spiegeln die Bilder die Wohnung 1:1wieder. Direkter Blick aufs Meer und schöne Sonnenuntergänge sieht man vom Balkon. Zum Strand kann man gleich in Badesachen gehen. Handtuch über die Schulter und los. Wir können die Wohnung und die Gastfreundschaft der Familie nur empfehlen. Liebe Grüße an Marija, Ivan und ihre Tochter.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schönem Apartment

Wir hatten eine erholsame Woche bei Familie Renic. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so benötigt (und darüber hinaus noch mehr). Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Von Ribarica aus kann man tolle Ausflüge machen, wie beispielsweise auf die Inseln Rab, Pag oder nach Zadar. Der Kontakt mit der Familie war sehr herzlich und sie standen immer für Fragen zur Verfügung. Alles in allem ist diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlenswert. We had a pleasent time at Villa Luce. The apartment is very nice, clean and well equiped. The beach is located just a few minutes from the apartment. Villa Luce is well located for trips e.g. to island Rab, Pag or to the area around Zadar. The comunication and everthing else with the hosts was very easy going, warm-hearted and helpful. Gastfreundlichkeit par excellence

Marija und Ivan sind der Hammer, die perfekten Gastgeber, wann immer wir fragen hatten, waren Maria oder Ivan für uns da, meine Familie und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefüllt und ein neues Zuhause gefunden. Als wir ankamen gab es eine Obstschale, ein Käse Börek und einen Kuchen, V.I.P Treatment von der ersten Sekunde an, ich habe so eine Gastfreundschaft selten erlebt. Preis/Leistung sehr gut Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt und weisst kaum Gebrauchspuren auf. Küche ist super ausgestattet für eine Ferienwohnung. Die Bilder spiegeln die Wohnung 1:1 wieder und wie von allen Vorgängern beschrieben. Wir waren garantiert nicht das letzte mal in der Villa Luce, ich freue mich schon auf meine nächsten Kroatien Ferien. Ich kann mich allen anderen Kommentaren nur anschliessen, und würde jedem einen Aufenthalt in der Villa Luce empfehlen. Danke für die super schöne Zeit Marija and Ivan are awesome, the perfect hosts, whenever we had a question, either Marija or Ivan helped us out. My family and i felt very welcome, and we found a new home, away from home ;). We arrived at our appartment we got an fruit basket, cheese borek and a cake, pure V.I.P treatment from the first second. i work in the Food & Beverage industry over 26 years, i've never experienced such a hospitality. Value for money is very good. The appartment is very clean, tidy, and there is nearly no "wear and tear". For a holiday home the kitchen is superb equipped Alle pictures you see on that page, are 1to1 and not photoshopped. This was definitely not our last time at Villa Luce, we all looking forward for our next holidays in Croatia I agree with all the other comments you can read here, any given day will recommend Villa Luce. Thanks a lot for the great vacation.

Schöne Tage im August

Traumhaft

Dies war einer der schönsten Urlaube, die ich je gemacht habe. Ich war mit meiner 15-jährigen Tochter und ihrer Freundin hier. Die Wohnung ist genau so, wie sie beschrieben wird. Die gesamte Wohnung war sehr sauber und mehr als ausreichend eingerichtet. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir frisches Obst und Kuchen, was nach der Anreise schon für die erste angenehme Überraschung sorgte. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Meer ist sauber, klar und man kann bis zum Grund sehen und Fische beobachten. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend und lädt geradezu zum Entspannen und Abschalten ein. Einfach herrlich. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier.

Wir, eine Familie mit 2 Kindern, haben eine wunderbare Woche in der Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern verbracht. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr sauber und die Beschreibung ist absolut korrekt. Gerne wieder!

Wir, eine Familie mit grösseren Kindern, kommen nun schon zum dritten Mal nach Ribarica, in eines der wunderschönen Appartements der Familie Renic. Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns willkommen, die Obstschüssel gefüllt, die Einrichtung nagelneu, die Ausstattung überkomplett ( Herd mit Backrohr, Mikrowelle, Waffelautomat, Kaffeemaschine mit Dauerfilter oder Filterpapier, etc), Hand- und Duschtücher, WC Papier; an alles ist gedacht; hier waltet eine gute Vermieterin mit Herz und Verstand! Der selbstgebackene Kuchen, eine Einladung zum Abendessen beim Grillplatz hinterm Haus rundeten einen perfekten Urlaub ab. Dass das Wetter etwas zu wünschen übrig liess, die Bora uns um die Nase wehte, ist eine andere Geschichte. Die Gegend lädt ein zum Relaxen am Strand auf kleinen, betonierten Badeplätzen, die meine Kinder grossartig fanden, da man hier von Klippen ins Meer springen kann, und ist auch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen ins Velebit. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben die Ferienwohnung Degenija in der Villa Luce für eine Woche gebucht und waren begeistert! Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr, sehr sauber und sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Vom Balkon hat man zur linken Seite einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer mit der Insel Pag, zur rechten auf das wunderschöne Velebit-Gebirge. Einfach traumhaft! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir können nur das Gleiche schreiben, was in den drei Beurteilungen vor uns steht. Wir waren begeistert und können Villa Luce jedem empfehlen, der sich von den Fotos angesprochen fühlt und sich einen ruhigen Urlaub wünscht. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Woche!

Wunderbar!

Wir haben 11 Tage in der Villa Luce verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus ist ganz neu und sehr sauber, die Wohnung sind super ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man einen großartigen Blick auf das Meer und die nächste Bucht ist nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Maria und Ivan sind tolle Gastgeber!!! Wunderbares Feriendomizil

Die Villa Luce ist ein wunderbares Feriendomizil. Das Haus, mit insgesamt vier Apartments, ist in einem ruhigen Fischerdorf gelegen. Ich habe das Apartment Lavanda für zwei Wochen gemietet. Dieses Apartment bietet auf jeden Fall den Komfort, der auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Wunderbares Ambiente! Es ist ein neues und sehr schönes Apartment mit Vollausstattung. Das Haus wurde im letzten Jahr erbaut. Die Küche bietet alles, was man benötigt, um sich zu versorgen. Das Bad ist hell und ansprechend und das Schlafzimmer der perfekte Ort für angenehme Träume. Alle Räume sind modern und einladend gestaltet. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und Sachverstand haben die Besitzer, Marija und Ivan, Ferienwohnungen geschaffen, in denen man sich gerne aufhält. Die Wohnung hat eine neuwertigen Stand und ist sehr sauber. Von allen Balkonen aus hat man einen tollen Meerblick. Das gesamte Haus macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Auch die weiteren Wohnungen, die ich gesehen habe, halten was sie versprechen. Sie sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Hier haben sich die Besitzer richtig Mühe gegeben, um tolle Apartments zu schaffen. So kann man sich wohl fühlen! Die Besitzer, Marija und Ivan, sind sehr nette Menschen! Sie tragen stark dazu bei, dass man den Aufenthalt genießen kann. Die beiden sind immer ansprechbar und sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber! Gute Laune und Herzlichkeit gehören hier einfach dazu! Marija und Ivan haben selbst drei Kinder und bieten die besten Vorraussetzungen für Familien, dort Urlaub zu machen. Es herrscht ein sehr angenehmes Klima. Auch alleine kann man dort sehr gut unterkommen! Es sind nur wenige Meter zum Meer und zu wunderschönen Buchten. Wassersportler kommen da mit Sicherheit auf ihre Kosten. Die wunderbare Landschaft und die Nähe zum Meer sind einfach klasse. Der Grill hinter dem Haus lädt dazu ein benutzt zu werden. Dieses Feriendomizil kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
