The 3-room apartment is located in a multi-family house and is quiet, near the dune forest .. The beautiful wide and sandy beach can be reached easily in 400m distance. Water sports enthusiasts or those who still want to be, find in the village a surfing school. Above the beach you can take relaxed bike rides through the forest. In the village there are plenty of shopping and a variety of restaurants. Karlshagen scores with great playgrounds behind the dunes and during the holidays there are numerous events for parents and children. Karlshagen is best reached by car via Wolgast. The train station of Karlshagen is 700 meters from the apartment.

Much white in combination with color accents in blue and sand tones give the apartment much lightness and Nordic charm. The living room and the glazed balcony invites you to linger in comfortable seating. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds guarantee you restful sleep. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Überaus gut ausgestattet ob in Küche oder den restlichen Räumen. Das Kinderzimmer ist toll mit dem ausziehbaren Bett ' ensteht ein großes Doppelbett. Das Schlafzimmer gemütlich mit riesigem Kleiderschrank und tollen Kommoden. Der Balkon ist verglast für kühle Abende. Auch wenn die Wohnung in einem sogenannten #Plattenbau # ist ' für Manche vielleicht erstmal abschreckend ' aber ehrlich das tut nichts zur Sache. Es ist ein ruhiges Haus mit netten Menschen. Ringsherum sind Einfamilienhäuser. Der Weg führt da auch durch...10 min vielleicht. Wer ruhigeren Strand mag fährt oder geht zur Düne 74..dort kann man toll sitzen..oder Fischbrötchen essen..lecker Softeis. Oder auch mal hochwertiger essen 'alles möglich und auch sehr zu empfehlen. Der Strand der dann dort ist fanden wir toll' viel Platz .am Strand kam dann so ein Auto vorbei mit Eis usw. Natürlich war im kleinen Ort auch ab und an was los' der ist eben ruhiger im Gegensatz zu den größeren Bäderorte' fanden wir aber toll. Einen tollen Spielplatz gibt es auch...wir hatten einen gelungenen Urlaub

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe...
Schöne, im maritimen Look, liebevolle, vollständig eingerichtete Fewo mit eigenem Parkplatz. Wir waren leider nur zu einem Wochenendtrip dort und nutzten bei tollem Sommerwetter weniger die Wohnung als mehr die schöne Umgebung, den unweiten Strand und den kleinen Ort Karlshagen. Wir können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen uns hat es gut gefallen. Danke an die Vermieter. LG Familie K.
