One-room apartment type S4 on the first floor - Strandstraße 24

The spacious 1-room-apartment, a kitchen line, a bathroom, a separated sleeping area and a terrace. The living area with its comfortable upholstery corner and the TV and music area offers enough space for evening entertainment. From here you can go out to the terrace. The dining area seats four people. The kitchenette is equipped with stove and oven and much more. The separate sleeping area is equipped with a double bed (2 times 90/200), an additional sleeping possibility and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower and bath, a washing table and a toilet. Breakfast and the laundry package are not included but can be booked.

The house in Strandstraße 24 is centrally located in the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen and was rebuilt in the year 2000. In the house there are 9 apartments in sizes from 33 to 100 m². From the balconies of the FeWo`s one can look over the beach forecourt to the Baltic Sea. In the garden behind the house is a terrace with garden furniture for our guests who live in apartments without balcony. The distance to the beach is about 300 m and about 2000 m to the port of the Baltic Sea resort of Karlshagen. The house has a hotspot of the Telekom. Day passes are available at the office, Am Maiglöckchenberg 5. The price is given by the Telekom. In front of the house you will find our well-liked book-exchange cell, a patterned yellow telephone cell. Here you can exchange your already-read vacation for free against another book. If you want to book a linen package (night and bath) in advance, this costs 12.50 € per person. On site, a laundry package costs 15,00 € per person.   On the ground floor of the guesthouse "Maiglöckchen", Am Maiglöckchenberg 3, our breakfast room is located (about 100 m from "Strandstraße 24"). A rich breakfast buffet is available from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. The buffet includes a selection of different cuts, cheese, jams and pastries as well as various fruits, muesli and milk dishes. You will be offered daily cooked eggs, mirror and scrambled eggs, with or without bacon. This is freshly prepared. In good weather, breakfast can be served in the guest garden. Price per person: 8,75 €, children from 4 to 12 years 5,00 € and children up to 3 years of age have breakfast for 0,00 €. This service is not only used by our guests. In order to be able to explore the island off the main roads and beaches, our "Buten Gelben" offers you high-quality bicycles in our in-house bike rental - Am Maiglöckchenberg 5. House guests are given a preferential rate. Book your rental bike directly. Only then you will receive a 10% discount on the daily price for guests (at this price possible until 14 days after the booking date)!
