Elegant WATERFRONT home with private boat ramp/dock, elevator, & unmatched view!

This wonderful lakefront home is the perfect escape into the serenity & beauty of Caddo Lake. It is conveniently located on Pine Island Pond, a quiet inlet off the main river and home to some of the best fishing and kayaking on the lake, 2 miles from Big Pines Lodge, Caddo Lake State Park, and Uncertain. It is a short 20 minute drive from both Marshall and historic Jefferson, TX to enjoy antiquing, historical homes, and abundant restaurants. Our wonderful property offers an incredible screened in porch with amazing views, and a quiet and peaceful atmosphere that will make guests feel right at home. With 1 king bed (with soaking tub!), 2 queen beds, and 1 set of bunk beds, there is plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. For your convenience, we can offer the use of our freight elevator for luggage as well as those in need of mobility assistance, pending a signed release form. This house also features a private boat ramp and dock for your boat, as well as a lakefront fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows after a long day enjoying the lake. The kitchen is fully outfitted with anything you could possibly need, as well as a charcoal grill downstairs. This place was more than what we could have imagined. Beautiful house and property. We stayed mid April. Fully stocked house, from kitchen/cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, and all the other amenities for daily living. The boat ramp on-site was a huge plus. A perfect pier for fishing, relaxing, and tying your boat. Also had a small cover on the property you can park a small boat under, or the garage. Mosquito repellent tubes were placed around the property, we had zero mosquitos the entire time. The screened in porch was very nice. Plenty of firewood and a nice fire area. Very secluded road and property, with no noisy or active neighbors. All around perfect property, highly recommend!

This was such a nice place to stay! The location was great (right on the water and close to Jefferson). There were six of us and we had plenty of room to hang out and sleep comfortably. The screened in back porch gave us a mosquito-free way to enjoy the view. We also appreciated the elevator!

This is an absolutely gorgeous property with a peaceful atmosphere. It’s close to fine dining Restaurants in Jefferson,Tx. We dined at Serenity Ranch. That was a 5 star dining experience with a Texas flair! There are pontoon boat tours of Caddo Lake at Johnson’s Ranch nearby this vacation rental. We enjoyed this vacation rental and the Host and the Owner were great and communicate well if we had any questions.

Had a great time. The house was perfect. We have elderly parents and the elevator was so helpful. They were able to get from car up to main floor of the house easily. The view from the screened in porch was absolutely beautiful. We also enjoyed watching the boats pass by. My parents had fun with the really tall swing. It is by the lake and made for some fun pictures. The location of the house is very convenient to the boat tour we went on just a 10 minute drive. We also went in to Jefferson which is about 20 minutes away. The host was very helpful with info about the area and recommended several restaurants. She answered my questions quickly through messages in the Vrbo ap. I would stay here again.

Charming Lake House

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming lake house! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The view of Lake Caddo is absolutely breathtaking—there’s nothing like waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee on the lovely screened-in porch. We also loved the little dock, which was perfect for some peaceful fishing.The boat launch was super convenient for putting in our kayaks, and we had so much fun on the water. Plus, being so close to Big Pines Lodge made it easy to enjoy a delicious dinner just a short drive away. We also had a great time walking around the historic town of Jefferson.This trip was such a treat for the family, and we’ll definitely be planning another stay here in the future. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to unwind, enjoy nature, and make some great memories!
