Room #17

Room #17 is located less than 1/2 mile from beautiful Caddo Lake. Room #17 is one of eight individual rooms in a log cabin. The room has 2 Full size beds, 1 bathroom with a shower & bath tub. This room also has a dorm size refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker (2 coffee cups/ 2 maxwell house coffee packets, creamer & sugar). All bed linens & bath towels/wash cloths (one small bar of soap) are provided. NO SMOKING of ANY KIND in the room!!! ( There is a $100.00 room recovery fee to cover the cost of restoring room to a smoke-free condition) There is a boat launch less than 1/2 mile from this location. We have a covered grilling patio area with a picnic table (bring your own charcoal/lighter fluid & grilling utensils). Caddo lake is a 25,400-acre lake, great fun and family time that would make you want to stay longer. Don't forget to bring your fishing pole & camera.
UPON ARRIVAL, THE ROOM WILL BE UNLOCKED AND THE KEY WILL BE ON THE TABLE. THERE IS NO OFFICE LOCATED ON PREMISES.

I recently stayed at the Uncertain Inn, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that instantly made me feel at home. I especially loved the peaceful surroundings and the chance to unwind away from the hustle and bustle. The response to the issues were amazing.

The bedding and shower were dirty. The manager and cleaning person were extremely responsive but after a 6 hour drive, I just wanted a shower and go to bed. I arrived at 6pm and the room was cleaned by 815pm. I was scheduled for 2 night's and left the next day.

Delightful time

The room was clean and ready for us. We had much trouble finding the accurate location on GPS. Really enjoyed having the canoe available for a short float on the amazing lake.

Description not accurate

Communication with the property manager was great. However, the description was not accurate at all. There are actually two separate locations for this listing. If you rent cabins 1-10, you are near the lake. If you’re in 11-18, you are at the second location and get a nice view of a self storage and RVs. We had a small room with a broken bed and torn sheets. Never again. Renter beware.
