Wonderful view sunset over the sea and magnificent sunset. The property has a lot of potential but would benefit from some improvements. The breakfast is almost the same every day and it’s not fresh (we couldn’t eat there), if you like good coffee it’s not their specialty at all. The bed sheets needs to be changed, some stains on every sheet we had. It was very noisy in the restaurant and we could hear the the songs very loud in the room. I understand that they want to have a restaurant and the restaurant is very tasty but it’s not convenient to go on the balcony and see clients eating when you try to enjoy sunset. Staff didn’t talk English, only one persone speaks English.

Amazing views and pool. Clean, modern, newly built. Staff were super friendly and provided us with whatever we needed. I highly recommend this for your stay in Kas.

Pros: Great Views and a relatively new property Cons: The first room had a leaky bathroom and had to be changed as water leaked into the main bedroom. Property is located on a steep incline and it is difficult to bring up suitcases. The property has limited dining options. Maintenance was average.

great small hotel in the peninsula facing the sea. Great staff, clean room with a small balcony facing the sea. Free parking for our car and charming little bar at the pool. Good spot!
