Villa Saliha is a stunning, one of the best luxury villa in Kalkan/Turkey. Villa is 4 bedroom luxury villa (sleeps 8 people) with fantastic panoramic views over Kalamar Bay. The villa is located in Kalamar area which is best area in kalkan, and is just a few minutes walking distance to beach clubs, restaurants and facilities. It is beautifully decorated and furnished, throughout and extremely well equipped, to ensure that you can relax and enjoy your time in Kalkan in comfort!

The Space:
All bedrooms are en-suite, and have large, private balconies/terraces. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, and there is a flat screen TV, DVD player, and Wifi if you need to connect to the internet, and even an ipod dock if you want to enjoy some music!

Villa Saliha has panoramic amazing ocean views, and beautiful large infinity pool, however, you will want to spend much of your time outside area. The pool is surrounded by a spacious patio area, equipped with sun-loungers and sun-shades.

It has panoramic stunning sea & nature views by the sunbathing area, large private infinity swimming pool, spacious patio area with sun-beds and sunshades next to the pool.

There are also a large rattan seating set, 3 seater sofa, 2 arm chairs and a low table. There is a BBQ as well. There are outside dining table and chairs for 8 people.

Lounge & Kitchen

Spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Double French windows look out to the garden, pool and patio area, and of course, those spectacular views!

Three large sliding doors opening to the swimming pool area and terrace. The 55 inch plasma display features a Play Station 3, DVD, and a surround sound system with a small library.

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, with electric oven , hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle & toaster, coffee maker.

Dining table, seating 8. Large L shaped cream leather seating unit, coffee table, Flat screen TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi are available too.

Utility Room/Cloak Room, with washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes airier, and WC.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom - 1 (En-suite Double) : The En-suite Double Bedroom with sea and nature view has a double bed, TV, nightstand, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning and bathroom with shower. The door in this room opens to the pool terrace with fantastic sea views.

SECOND FLOOR

Bedroom - 2 (En-suite Master) : The En-suite Double Bedroom with sea and nature view has a double bed, TV, nightstand, wardrobe, air conditioning and bathroom with Jacuzzi. There is access to the front balcony with spectacular sea & nature views.

Bedroom - 3 (En-suite Twin) : The En-suite Twin Bedroom with sea and nature view has two single beds, nightstands, TV, wardrobe, air conditioning and bathroom with shower. There is access to the front balcony with sea & nature view.



Bedroom - 4 (En-suite Double) : The En-suite Double Bedroom with sea and nature view has a double bed, nightstand, TV, dressing table, wardrobe, air conditioning and bathroom with shower. There is access to the front balcony with sea & nature view.

Please note, there is a fully refundable security deposit of £200 subject to no damage.
