Villa Tara With Private Pool And Sea Views Close to Beach & Shops

Villa Tara is the perfect villa for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting. This 4 bedroom and 5 bathroom villa offers space and comfort for a family or group of friends. All the rooms and 3 outside terraces have breathtaking views over the bay. There are 2 lounges, one with access to the pool and the other with access to the first floor terrace. The roof terrace is the ideal spot for enjoying a cocktail watching the spectacular sunsets and the unspoilt view over Kalamar Bay. The private pool is graduated and set in lovely gardens.
Close by is Kalamar beach club offering diving and water sports. The local restaurants, bars and shops of Kalamar are just a 5 minute walk. The picturesque town of Kalkan is close by and easily walked in 15 minutes or get a local taxi for less than ÂŁ4. Kalkan has a wide choice of shops, restaurants and bars

Further details outdoors:
Guests can enjoy the outdoor life as there are 3 large outdoor terraces; by the pool there is a shaded terrace with a table and chairs, off the living area is a large shaded dining terrace and on the roof there is a large terrace with seating and a table. Take the BBQ to the roof and have a truly memorable experience under the stars.
The views from the roof and dining terrace are spectacular, you will take away many wonderful memories home.
The villa has its own a private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas provided. There is a jungle shower by the pool for cooling down and a BBQ for enjoying outdoor dining.
The villa has gardens to the front and rear of the villa- you can pick your own lemons, pomegranate, and olives. There is private parking at the front of the house.
As the villa is close to amenities a car is not essential. It is a short walk to the beach club, restaurants, shops and bars. There is a good taxi service in Kalkan so it is easy to explore the local area. Taxis are plentiful and cheap. You can hire the driver for the day for guided tours. There is also car and scooter hire available locally.
Services
We can arrange transfers from the airport. Please let us know if you wish to book. We provide a welcome hamper to get you started. If you are here on a 2 week stay the villa is cleaned mid stay. Our caretaker visits daily to clean the pool and tend the gardens. He is able to respond to any emergencies or maintenance issues.
We live in Kalkan and will welcome guests in person and can advise on local amenities.

Spacious, great view, comfortable

Enjoyed our 3 night stay in Nov 2020. A great price off season. Spacious house with good amenities. Lovely balconies with great views. Spent most of our time on the balcony off the king bedroom. Comfortable beds. Fast wifi. Some kitchen appliances a bit dated and could use an upgrade, particularly microwave. A ton of dishware and glassware and nice full-size dishwasher. Parking spot is really tight, but it's off-road and safe spot for the car. Overall really nice place and I would return.

Excellent coms from the get go. Villa is in a lovely location in Kalamar Bay area ( our favourite) within easy walking distance of good restaurants and a good walk or a ÂŁ3 taxi ride from Kalkan town centre. The Villa had everything we needed for our stay, lovely pool, balconies galore and a beautiful view. Beds were comfy and with two sitting rooms ideal for families, if you ever needed to be indoors. I don't think we sat in either sitting room. If you are looking for modern and up to date this villa is not for you, but, if like us, you want comfort, cleanliness, a good view, decent pool and a fully equipped villa then I would highly recommend Villa Tara.

Amazing Views

Lovely stay in beautiful villa. Views over bay from each room stunning. Very peaceful but only a short walk to restaurants and bars. Pool was a good size and lots of sunbeds. Villa was like a home from home. Lovely outside terrace for dining with views over bay.

Wonderful stay in a lovely villa

Villa Tara was the perfect base for our half-term in Kalkan - situated 15/20 mins walk from the centre of town, and with a lovely view of Kalamar Bay. The villa is spacious, beautifully presented, with balconies in every room and a roof terrace right at the top for sunsets and star gazing. We had worried that the pool might be a bit small for our very active kids but the pictures don't do it justice - it was plenty big enough for all 4 of us to play in together and had a proper deep end for diving! Also, the pool lights made it perfect for a night swim. Great comms from the owners Huseyin & Caroline - thank you! We will be back!

Had an amazing relaxing week in Kalkan at the Villa Tara. Second time here & met some lovely people.

Second time in Kalkan &more importantly Villa Tara, Huseyin & Caroline were again very helpful in all inqueries & even met up with Huseyin for a drink in town. We have eaten in some fantastic restaraunts (Yelken Aqua & Brothers and have met some lovely people here. We have already discussed returning next year to sample the fantastic way of life here So see you soon Kalkan Mark & Corina.

The views are amazing. The perfect location - local town 15 minutes walks with picturesque scenery Local shops a stone throw away Everyone so pleasant and willing to help my daughter is vegan - a nightmare i thought Not at all. The restaurants bend over backwards to accommodate you. There were 8 adults in the villa ample space fully equipped kitchen great size pool- lights inside pool so perfect for an evening swim. This is our second time here this year in Kalkan in Tara villa and we will certainly be going back again. plenty to do if you want otherwise just taken in the sun and surroundings.

Perfect in every way

Brilliant holiday at Villa Tara. Views are stunning put over the bay. Villa is even better than pictures, hard to do it justice. Pool had sun all day and plenty of sun lounges. It is very private and not overlooked. Villa was a real home from home. Everything you needed for a relaxing holiday. Close to lovely restaurants. Highly recommend for a perfect holiday.
