A lovely, luxury and fully equipped 3-bedroom Villa in the towns of Hanioti - Pefkochori of the Kassandra peninsula in Chalkidiki.
The Villa is just 300 metres (5’ walk) from the sea, has a luxury swimming pool and has a 1000 square metres of flower garden!
The Villa has 2 floors and a very large veranda (balcony) that overlooks the swimming pool. On the first floor there is a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, a large living-room, a dining-room, and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a large double-bed, a kid’s room with 2 separate single beds, and a smaller bedroom that sleeps 2! Also, there is a larger bathroom on the second floor and a balcony that overlooks at the beautiful green environment of the Konstantinidis village, the sea, and the pool.
The Villa has a 40inch TV and 2 A/C’s. One at the first floor, and one at the second. Every bedroom has its own ceiling fan and the mattresses are of the highest quality.
There is α free parking area just behind the Villa. There is a beach bar at the seaside where you can find coffee, cocktails, gourmet food, and most importantly, sunbeds and shade!
