Whether you are seeking a relaxing holiday close to a beach, or if you are a large group, or if you wish to visit Croatia’s most notable historical and cultural sites, or if you are on a long weekend getaway then Villa Tea-Beach may be just what you are looking for - conveniently located between Split and Trogir, 10 minutes from Split Airport and 200 meters from the beach. With four levels sharing a specious 400 m² interior with seven bedrooms, plus two kitchens and two living rooms everyone in the group is sure to have their corner of privacy. Semi underground level offers entertainment such as a sauna, wine cellar, pool table, table tennis and a gym. First level consists of 2 double bedrooms, the second levelof 1bedroom with 2 single beds and finally the 3rdlevel is where you will find 3 double bedrooms and another bedroom with 2 single beds. Seasonal heated pool, sun loungers, BBQ facilities and a shaded lounge area are also available for your enjoyment.In seven bedrooms 14 guest are comfortably accommodated. Additionally, one adult or two children can be accommodated on the sofa bed available on the third level.Located between the Kozjak mountains and the sparkling blue sea, half way between cultural centers of Split and Trogir, Kaštela has for centuries been the place to be. The noble families have thought so and have built their castles here, which is where Kaštela gets its name.Plenty of restaurants serving delicious local delicacies, shops and marvelous beaches are in the vicinity. An Amazing stay, Ante couldn’t do enough for us arranging lifts everywhere, where best to eat (even arranged a bar to put a football match on for us, where to get the best water sports, always on hand with help. The place was immaculate great pool area, this place is massive we had bbqs and great cooking area. The fridge is already stocked with drinks so you just keep a tally and pay at the end. Fantastic bakery at the top of the road. Beach is 5 minute walk. The location is perfect as you’re halfway between Split and Trogir but lots of restaurants and stuff to do at the beach. Bikes are perfect, I went for a bike ride to the beach every morning and it was lovely. This is an amazing place

Wonderful villa in a wonderful location. Celebrated a significant birthday with friends coming in from all over the world and the villa couldn’t be more accessible for everyone with the airport nearby and with the beach and many supermarkets within walking proximity or in a short drive. The villa amenities itself were amazing and there was so much space to all be in one room or be away from others as needed over the week. Communication with the host and any questions were answered super quickly. No hassle holiday at all.

Stunning property! Everything you could ever need! Location is perfect everything you need within walking distance, super market, bars, restaurants, beach and split old town is just 20min cab journey. If you after a relaxing holiday this is your place! The place is huge!!! Would 100% book again!

Great multi family villa

15 of us stayed in the villa and its much bigger than the photos show as its on 4 floors. There are 2 big lounges, lots of balconies and a cellar with a table and drinks area. We had great weather for late october and having a heated pool was great for the kids plus there was plenty of sunbeds, chairs and a bbq to sit outside and enjoy the sun. The sauna and games area were also lovely to make use of and having some bikes there was a great idea as a few of us went out for a ride. There is a nearby bakery and shop and restaurants that you can walk to and split and trogir were a short uber away. Ivana (host) was lovely and met us and helped us order food on the first night as well as helping us with questions throughout the week. If i visit Croatia again would be happy to come back. My only suggestion would be to have a kettle in each kitchen to save having to carry hot drinks up and down the stairs.

Great stay!

Great house for a big group, and a pleasant, quiet location away from the crowds. The highlight of our visit was a cruise for the day - our boat picked us up near the house rather than in super busy Split.

Perfect place for large group

The property has so much space, plenty of different rooms and balconies if the teens wanted their own space, likewise if we were all together there was more than enough space in the main open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area. 3 nice restaurants we found within walking distance, head towards the sea! Ante (Ivana's brother) was fantastic with arranging all our transport throughout the week.

Villa Perfection

Stunning Villa, so much space for 16 guests. Our group of girls aged 20-60 had an amazing time in this immaculately clean and spacious home. Everything we could ever want for the perfect spot to celebrate my daughters forth coming wedding and within 20 minutes drive from the centre of Split. Kastel Luksic is a gorgeous town itself, right on the beach with beautiful restaurants and friendly bars. The owners Ivana and Ante could not have been more helpful and our every ask was their command. Having 2x 8 seaters on call to take us anywhere we needed was an amazing bonus and so reasonably priced as well.

A great villa for a large family group

An ideal house for a special family occasion for a large group (in our case 8 adults and 8 small children!). The accommodation and facilities were superb and the kids had a great time every day in the pool Ivana and Ante were great!

Beautiful villa, way bigger than it looks in the photos. Perfect for a big family. The owner, Ivana, was so helpful. Shame about unsatisfactory customer service from Homeaway (not sure I'll use this agency again). Thank you so much Ivana - it was even worth the quarantine on return to the UK! x

This property is exceptional - good location and a beautiful, well-appointed house. The highlight for us was the warmth, friendliness, and helpfulness of both the owner and Anke. The owner was wonderful in helping us get acclimated to the area and move around. When there was an unexpected problem with the house (through no one's fault), the owner and her husband couldn't have been more solicitous and helpful in making sure the problem had the least impact on my family, They were warm, caring, and made sure we had what we needed to successfully continue our vacation. Anke also made sure we were well taken care of. Because of their care, concern, and being pro-active, our vacation was uninterrupted and we enjoyed a fabulous 10 days in Croatia.

Beautiful Kastsla

This was our first time to Croatia. This villa had everything for a large group of people. There was 14 of us and the Villa worked absolutely perfect. It was close to the sea and the beaches. Very close to restaurants and bars. And just a short bus ride away from split main town. This villa is a must. The owner Ivana was absolutely fantastic and was there at a blink of an eye for any problems we had. There was free transport to and from the airport by a tour guide named John. He booked everything for us RE. white water rafting and boat trips and we even got to see a game of football at the main stadium

Fantastic, spacious villa suitable for large families

We hired this villa for a week in July as a family of 12, and we loved it. There was plenty of space for a group of this size and the property was very clean. The outdoor facilities are excellent - the pool is great, and there is a BBQ, kids' play area and outdoor seating area which we enjoyed using. The villa was perfect for our stay, my only suggestion to the owners/managers would be that more day-to-day essentials be provided - things like more cleaning materials (for wiping kitchen surfaces etc), toilet rolls, more kitchen utensils & kettle etc. We really enjoyed our stay here and we wanted to stay longer. The owner was really good to deal with - always contactable and even let us have a later check out. Would definitely book again.

Above expectations

We had the honour to stay here with a couple of friends. The size and facilities of the villa were a lot better than we expected. The location is also great as you are only 15 - 20 minutes from Split centre away. There were also 6 bikes available to explore the neighbourhood and to go to the supermarket. The host was also excellent. If you need anything they will arrange it for you. Would definitely go back here.
