The charming Villa Margerita is located in the quiet town of Kaštelir in inland Istria, about 20 minutes’ drive from Poreč. It offers its guests 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a lush garden with a swimming pool, children's playground and several areas for preparing delicacies with loved ones. Soak up the Istrian sun by the outdoor pool and relax in the shade of the garden or in the rustic tavern with summer kitchen - Margerita is the ideal place for 8 people who want to relax away from the hectic city life.



This spacious semi-detached house features several accommodation units spread over an interior area of 200 m². On the 1st floor there are 2 apartments, the larger of which consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a large enclosed terrace. The smaller apartment consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen with dining room, living room and a terrace overlooking the pool surrounded by a green garden. A charming traditional style, combined with simple modern elements, prevails in all of the accommodation units. Both kitchens are fully equipped for preparing tasty meals for the entire group. The living rooms in both apartments are very spacious, air-conditioned rooms with a TV, a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The living room in the larger apartment leads directly to the enclosed terrace, where there is a table for morning coffee with a view, as well as a bench and an upright piano for you to play and entertain the rest of your group.



All 4 bedrooms retain traditional decor with wooden furniture and floors. The minimalist decoration of the rooms combines wooden elements with white and pastel details, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. All rooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 room with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double bed. A baby cot can be added on request. There are desks in 2 rooms for those who wish to combine business with pleasure and use part of their stay in the villa for the increasingly popular “workation”. In addition to the bedrooms, there are 3 bathrooms with showers on the first floor. These modern bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and personal hygiene products so that you can use them immediately upon arrival.



Villa Margerita offers a range of additional facilities to make your holiday complete. A rustic tavern with a fully equipped summer kitchen, a large wooden table for 10 people and a bathroom is located on the ground floor. This space is ideal for gathering and preparing food throughout the day. You can also enjoy a meal together in the Mediterranean air in the shade of the garden, where you will find a barbecue with a small summer kitchen and a large table for 8 people. In addition to the barbecue area, the impressive 300 m² garden has a swimming pool with steps and a shallow area suitable for children. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool and during the summer months you can relax on one of the sun loungers and enjoy the view of the lush Mediterranean garden. The raised part of the garden has a lawn area where the youngest will create their favourite holiday memories in their own playground with a playhouse and a swing. Cars can be parked in a fully fenced courtyard.



Your stay at the charming Villa Margerita will be a great base for exploring the west coast of Istria. Take a stroll through Kaštelir-Labinci, where the villa is located, and enjoy the lush Mediterranean vegetation and olive groves. A 20-minute drive takes you to the Adriatic town of Poreč, one of Istria's most attractive locations when it comes to cultural and historical heritage and gastronomy. Take a dip on one of the beaches in the town of Novigrad, and visit the picturesque town of Višnjan, famous for its observatory. Whichever place you choose to explore, you won't go wrong - you'll be sure to return to your villa Margerita feeling happy with your trip.
