NARROW NECK RETREAT

Narrow Neck Retreat is a comfortable and spacious mountain retreat overlooking the tall trees of the Blue Mountains. The fully self-contained accommodation of Narrow Neck Retreat is situated on a large block of garden and native bushland that extends down into the valley. The peaceful, tranquil setting of Narrow Neck Retreat is perfect for a relaxing family hideaway. There is ample off-street parking on the wide driveway.

Step through the entrance and you are immediately greeted by the spacious living area lined with polished timber floors and vaulted ceilings. This open plan living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a large space for dining, and a lounge area with comfortable seating around a central fireplace. The living space opens out onto a deck featuring panoramic escarpment views over the tall trees of Katoomba. A separate entertainment area adjoins this living space on a split-level, which leads to four comfortable bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

It is just a few short minutes' drive to the main town of Katoomba, with all its quaint galleries, boutique stores, and gourmet cafes. The world-famous Scenic World and the Three Sisters are also only a few short kilometres away.

The base tariff includes 6 people; extra guests incur an additional fee per person, per night.

Kindly inform us of the number of times you plan to charge your car during your stay.

FIREWOOD SEASON
1st April - 31st October.
During firewood season, a starter pack of firewood, kindling, firelighters, and matches is provided for your first night.
Additional firewood and supplies can be purchased locally from petrol stations.

Please be aware that this property is located on bushland, and snakes, spiders, and insects may be present.
Take care when exploring outdoors, and avoid disturbing wildlife.

9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW
For the comfort of our neighbours, please adhere to a noise curfew from 9pm to 8am in all outdoor areas.
We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a quiet environment during these hours.

This property is exclusively for registered guests.
It cannot be used for gatherings or events, and no additional visitors are allowed without permission.

NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
We enforce a strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy.
As this is a quiet residential area, any breach will result in immediate eviction without a refund.

PAYMENT POLICY
Deposit: A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings made more than 30 days before the arrival date.
Balance Security Bond: The remaining balance and the refundable security bond must be paid 30 days before the arrival date.
Full Payment: For bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date, full payment and the refundable security bond are required at the time of booking.
Transaction Fee: A non-refundable 2.9% Stripe transaction fee applies to all payments, including the bond.
Statement: Payments will appear as ACCOMMODATE BLUE MOUNT LENNOX HEAD on your bank statement.
Agreement: By making payments, you agree to our terms and conditions.
Bond Refund: Bond refunds are processed 7 business days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days before arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival incur a non-refundable AU$5.00 channel manager fee.
Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.
Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for the cancellation of events, functions, or activities, which are subject to our standard cancellation policy.
COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.
