Très bon hôtel , bien situé ,seul bémol le service nettoyage des chambre .

The staff were great and friendly. The WiFi in my room did not work properly i only got signal in half of my room and so I had to rely on data mostly. My room card stopped working TWICE in a 4 night stay and had to have reception re-scan the card. That wasn't uncommon either because I met other people who had that same issue. Other than that it was high quality with lots of amenities.

Szanowny Panie Marcinie,Dziękujemy za pozostawienie oceny dotyczącej Pana pobytu w Park Hotel Diament**** w Katowicach. Niestety brak dodatkowego komentarza uniemożliwia nam zrozumienie, co wpłynęło na tak niską ocenę końcową. Uwagi dodawane przez naszych Gości są zawsze jak najbardziej mile widziane, ponieważ wiemy, jak poprawić standard świadczonych przez nasz Hotel usług. Przepraszamy za wszelkie niedogodności oraz mamy ogromną nadzieję, że będziemy mieli okazję gościć Pana w przyszłości, a kolejny pobyt będzie dla Pana miłym zaskoczeniem.
