I was a bit disappointed that we weren’t told the hotel Was under construction. No lobby, coffee station and the’free breakfast’ was a take along breakfast. ( a muffin or granola bar etc…. Also the main Entrance was unusable …. Our sink in the bathroom Dripped from the pipes onto the floor. ( maybe after all the construction; these problems would be resolved ed but I do believe we should have been told when we booked this hotel.

The lobby was a disaster. Had to enter a back door. A ridiculous check in set up. No coffee, no water breakfast was handed out from the makeshift check in room as there was no dining area. The hotel should have closed for renovation. They should also have let guests know before check in and given them the choice of cancelling. Shameful.

The hotel was under major construction that we had no idea about. Very disappointed that we were not made aware of this when we reserved this hotel. Only upon arrival. The changed entryway was awkward and the “breakfast available” was minimal. The staff was very courteous and did their best to help. The receptionist said they knew about this upheaval months ago.
