I was charged twice for having a pet, and still waiting to have the charges reversed. Only the manager can reverse the charges and they were not in to assist the front desk. Front desk wasn’t sure when the manager would be in, so I would need to call back. This is hard when you are traveling through and out of state.

Good location, room was clean and tidy, staff was super friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are a little rough and need updating.

I appreciated the cleanliness, the warm welcome, the fantastic breakfast selection, the clean pool, the parking where I could see my vehicle, and the comfortable night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay

Check-in went smooth, the clerk was friendly & knowledgeable. There were free cookies 😋 on the counter, who could resist?! Our room was nice, bed was soft, & room was quiet, & clean.

The scooters coffee across the street has all the cars honking in the morning and it’s really annoying cause the walls of the hotel are fairly thin. But the hotel is very convenient

There was trash from the previous customer under the bed , the bed skirt was visibly dirty with some sort of white substance , there were red looked like blood spots all over the room and on the lamp shade, the fridge was dirty, there were wires sticking out of the wall where I presume a fire alarm was supposed to be I told the front desk which they responded they’d send someone right up and no one came!!!
