A modern furnished spacious villa with one of the best sunset views

Villa Katia is located just between the capital city Argostoli (1km far) and one of the most popular tourist areas in the island, Lassi (1km far).
Inside area of the house is 360m2 and has basemant, ground floor and one up floor. Ground floor has one spacious living room connected with dinning area , full equipment kitchen , washing room, one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom and 3 balconies.
On the floor up there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and balcony with see view, one bathroom and one big master room with private bathroom with jacouzzi, walk in wardrobe and see view balcony.
On the basemant floor is playroom with Xbox, garage, one toilete and exit for swimming pool and garden.
Garden area ( 700m2 big) and swimming pool (30m2 and 1,5m deep) are secured by camera.
Villa is fully air-conditioned , has smart TV with cable channals in many languages, and wifi inside and on the pool.

This an amazing house with an amazing host. The view from the pool or the terrace over the water is breathtaking. Close to the airport and short drive to any location. Very quiet place that we would recommend to anyone. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Katia. We stayed in Kefalonia for 3 nights, and the location of the villa was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved sitting on the balcony with the beautiful views. We would stay here again. We loved the island's beaches, and after visiting several islands, this was our favorite.

Beautiful Property & Perfect Location

Absolutely amazing, and what super hosts too! Villa Katia was the perfect place for our family to take a break. My partner and I, our three year old and baby of 7 weeks, my parents and sister all really enjoyed our stay. The Villa itself has a wonderfully spacious living area, was extremely clean, functional kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and there is the perfect pool that is soaked in sun from about 10am til sunset. It’s all set into the hill side with amazing views. Six minute drive from town with lots of restaurants and shops, four minutes from sandy costa beach, with great beach bar and sun beds. Both beach and town have ample free and close parking . Two large supermarkets are also within ten minutes drive. Maja the owner and our host was available via what’s app the whole stay and acted more like a concierge than a host, she was brilliant, taking care of anything right away, even helping order takeaway, and ready with any local information you might require, spoke perfect English. It was clear from the moment we arrived at 9:30pm that Maja and her husband wanted us to have the most enjoyable and relaxing stay as possible. We stayed eight nights, there was one mid stay full property clean, also replacing all bedding and towels. In person checkin and checkout at our convenience. Highly recommend and would happily book again!

Elegant Accommodations

We loved our stay. The hosts were super friendly and very helpful. They mailed us an item we forgot and that makes them top rated. The views were incredible and the pool was a perfect place to relax. The hosts left us fruit, water and a cake too. We were only five minutes drive or 20 minutes walk to restaurants/cafes and the public beach. Market was close by too. Lovely walking street in Argostoli is close by. Thank you Maia and Spiros!

Just wonderful!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view, plenty of space, beautifully furnished. Pool and game room were awesome amenities that we enjoyed. So grateful to the property management team who made sure to make our stay a good one, helped with inform about the area and anything we needed. I loved waking up to the view every morning and watching the sunset every night. Loved Villa Katia!!

An amazing villa on a beautiful island

We had the best time, the Villa is perfect, large enough for a group of 7 to cohabit and not be in each others way. The Villa is superbly located with what one local said was ‘the best view in Kefalonia’ - we wholeheartedly agreed with that. Everything you could want is in the Villa, we wanted for nothing and cannot wait to come back.

Best villa

This villa is the best ive stayed in its a beautiful building well maintained . Beautiful villa in stunning location

We had a wonderful two weeks in this villa. Maja and Spiros were excellent hosts and very attentive. The villa was in a great location, well maintained and cleaned regularly. An added bonus were the games in the basement. We found all the restaurants great quality and the local residents friendly and helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this villa to any families who want to take time out from the madness of modern life to hit the reset button! Sincere thanks to Spiros and Maja.

Luxury view house and pool

Rockstar marble house with dazzling views, hosted by lovely attentive hosts. Next door to an old church in a small village between Argostoli and Lassi, Villa Katia gives you a stylish base to explore the Ionian Islands. Hosts did everything they could do to ensure a wonderful visit. Highly recommended!

Perfect Spot

Can’t say enough great things about this house, location and our hosts. Everything was exactly as advertised and then some. Sunsets are incredible while floating in the pool. Spiros and Maja made sure everything was perfect and we were greeted with fresh fruit, necessary supplies for our stay and a wonderful apple cake from a local bakery. Can’t go wrong here!!!
