Villa Alexandros sits amidst spacious grounds on its own plateau of land on the Liakas Peninsular with sweeping sea views encompassing the slopes of Mount Ainos and the island of Zakynthos across the strait. This handsome Villa holds within, impressively spacious accommodation with each of its 4 bedrooms having ensuite facilities.
Two sets of patio doors connect the living area to the wide covered terrace. The private free form pool sits amidst lawns and sun terraces with well placed pergolas offering shade from the sun.

Location
One of several exclusive Villas in the Liakis Peninsular, it is just a short drive from the small village of Spartia where you’ll find a couple of well stocked mini markets and tavernas amongst its narrow streets. The peninsular’s rocky tip has sunbeds and parasols on a flat platform and a ladder into the sea for the best snorkeling. With no sandy beach the peninsular remains relatively quiet and tranquil but it is no more than 3 kms to a small beach of shallow shelving sand with The Waterways taverna above.
For somewhere a little livelier, it is not much more than a 15 min drive to Argostoli where an evening walking the promenade and around the square before making a choice of restaurants is not to be missed.

Housekeeping
Your Villa will be prepared for you on arrival with fresh bath and hand towels and all beds made up.
For stays of 7 nights or more - house towels will be changed every 3 - 4 days.
For stays of 14 nights or more - bed linen will be changed every 7 days.

Pool/beach towels - one per person for the duration of your stay.

Parking - There is covered parking for two cars in the driveway of the villa grounds.
