Penthouse Studio w/ Mtn Sunrise Views; Near Silver

Intimate studio condo boasting great views from the 4th floor deck and an ideal location (Elevator Eq). Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from your deck, or relax in the whirlpool tub. The comfortable dĂ©cor and rustic furnishings make you feel at home the minute you walk in. If you are looking to socialize, the condo’s club house features large TV, a fireplace, and a pool table. Close proximity to Silver Mountain and within walking distance of Rails to Trails and the famed Radio Brewing.

The condo (unit 405) is locate on the 4th floor and has double doors out to the patio giving great views from both inside and out. With a full kitchen, bath, eating area and a couch this cozy studio gives you enough space to spread out. It also features an elevator making it easy for all guests to access.

The condo is fully furnished with a queen bed, sofa, dinning table and a comfortable cot to sleep additional guests. There is plenty of glassware, silverware, plates and bowls, pots, pans and cooking utensils; so cooking will be no problem! Don't worry about hand washing dishes as there is a dishwasher in our unit! Yokes grocery store is just a few minutes away so that you can stock up on food and beverages with plenty or room to store them in the full size refrigerator, with freezer.

There is in unit laundry(mini) but also a full sized washer and dryer located in the ski locker room. Laundry detergent is provided.

Enjoy complementary tv and wifi along with a stereo so you can enjoy some of your favorite tune (please be respectful of neighbors with volume).

If you would like a little more room to spread out, enjoy the outdoor patio or game room which are shared amongst all condominium owners. The patio offers a place to hang out, eat and enjoy the beautiful Idaho weather. If you prefer to relax indoors, there is a clubhouse which has TV, fireplace, a pool table and is a great place to hang out.

Great location in Kellogg! Condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. Property is well maintained and it is up to date and modern. Kitchen had had all items that we needed. Bed and couch were very comfortable. Bathroom was great! Communication with the host was great and would definitely rent there again!

Accurately described on website. Clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Nice condo building situated in an older part of town. Within walking distance of the resort and a trail that goes through town. Downtown doesn't have much to offer-many businesses and restaurants closed. We enjoyed a light breakfast and coffee at The Beanery which was only 1/4 mile walk. Took the gondola up and hiked a couple trails. Nice little weekend getaway. Not too much else to do in town besides the resort/waterpark/silver mountian.

Rented this place because we wanted to have a place to cook and be close to skiing. Not a lot if storage places and we couldn’t find the remote for the TV. The owner worked with us on some of the issues we had. Nice place to stay

Our stay was very quiet and we loved the scenery. It was pretty close to other towns and things to see. It would have been nice to have chairs on the balcony to sit. There were clean dishes left in the dishwasher we had to unload but other than that we enjoyed our stay and it was very nice and relaxing.

Nice top floor condo in a well maintained building. Had everything we would have needed for a longer stay but we just stayed overnight. Bed was a bit uncomfortable for my liking, but overall a great place to stay in Kellogg and cheaper than the nearby resort. Would definitely recommend if you want a quiet place close to ski resort.
