My wife and I recently went to Kelowna for a wedding. This hotel was recommended to us by the bride. Although we checked out other options I am happy we spent our long weekend here. We enjoy a suite on the main floor by the courtyard. The room was quiet and comfortable. My only complaint would be about the lighting in the rooms. They are kind of dim. We kept the curtains closed for privacy reasons and the electric bulbs in the room were not enough to brighten the place up. I would suggest putting privacy film on the windows which would allow for the curtains to stay open and more light to reach the rooms. I spent a bit of time in both the pool and the hot tub and enjoyed them immensely. The staff at the front desk were very polite, professional and efficient. I will definitely stay here again the next time I am in the city.

This place was the only place that could accommodate my family of 5. That wasn’t 700+ a night. Lady at front desk was lovely. But that is about it. The building hallways are not air conditioned, and it’s very uncomfortable. You can see a ton of black mold around the vents on the ceiling. And it is very stale. Room was so hot upon arrival and the smell of smoke is SO BAD! The bathroom, they have dove shampoo conditioner and lotion, and they were empty. The lighting is the bathroom is terrible and very dim and the fan was so loud. No upkeep to the rooms other than hole fixes, and even those aren’t done properly.The pool water is very cloudy. Breakfast was a gong show. No one is supervising and there was food everywhere. Plus, the entitlement of some people (other guests) was very unpleasant. I do not recommend this accommodation. For 300+ a night. There are much better accommodations

Lots of noise overhead from other guests when trying to sleep, long line-ups for breakfast, lack of enough places to hang towels and shoddy repair/painting of bathroom door made our 4-night stay less than comfortable. The price also means that we will not stay there again

Decent breakfast with eggs and bacon, they could have used some hash browns or scrambled eggs but they had hard boiled eggs. Cool little pancake machine and they kept bringing out the items steadily so that's good. The pool was nice and warm. Overall facility was clean and well kept. A little out of the way to wear the downtown beaches are but still a good value.
