We book the loft room with 3 queen beds and the kitchen. My daughter has allergies so we can't eat out and the kitchen comes with everything we need including dish soap and a sponge. The room is large and perfect for sharing with kids. The shower head broke and there was a party but staff were quick to fix it and offer a discount to help. The staff are always helpful so despite any issues we keep returning.

The property is a budget hotel and that’s what I expected, however to see garbage and even someone’s teeth lying on the ground mixed with beer cans after a party the night before it was less than desirable. The most frustrating part was the hotel has security and staff 24/7 supposedly, but allowed a party to continue on the backside from 11pm-4am and even after I called staff it was not resolved and I had to yell at the guests myself when I couldn’t stand it anymore around 3:30/4am.

Easy to access, close to waterfront. The staff was on duty when we came at almost 9:00 pm m, was helpful he even offered to borrow an electric cattle we can use to boiled water.

I was expecting a suite/upgraded room from basic. only got a fridge and microwave. Found out when i arrived i was paying 25 dollars more per night that what was advertised for the same room online that day. Had to request room service, towel ext. We we late the one day to request it and so had to wait till the next day. all they did was give us towels. no garbage empried or beds made ans we stayed for 5 days.
