It’s what you expect. Staff was very nice but, the only downside was no pets and their hotel rooms doors was a pain by not opening. You’ve to jiggle it a couple of times in order to get into your room. Overall, it was decent for what you pay for.

The unexpected policy of a $75 cash deposit was a big surprise...I had a $100 bill, but they were not allowed to accept a $100 bill. Fortunately my husband and I were able to come up with the cash. It was not indicated anywhere during the booking process that there was this required deposit. The staff was EXCELLENT, very kind and courteous. We did get the deposit back back but doubt we would ever stay there again.

Horrible!

Horrible. There were holes in the sheets, and when we brought it up, they said they knew about it and just haven't gotten new sheets yet. They claimed it was a strict, no smoking policy, but the room smelled smoky.

We had a bad feeling when we pulled up to this location. It’s in a bad neighborhood and when we went in they didn’t accept animals we brought our family dog. When we got to a different hotel to see if we could stay somewhere else, we heard that they recently had cockroaches. I will never stay at America’s best.
