Rude staff and dirty room

Arrived and off the bat was charged more because the booking was for one person and not two. I told the staff that I would cancel and change it on the app before check in( He said okay), then I went to do so and the staff check me into the hotel as we were standing there. Then charged me 15$ to let her stay. Got to the room and it was dirty, no hot water, and bugs on the bed. Went to talk to the staff and he pretend ed he didn't understand me now. Stay at the hotel for 3 hours and then just check out and drove to our next destination. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

4 kişi bir çocuk 1 gece kaldık. Bahçesi ve kahvaltısı güzeldi gerçekten. Odalar için aynısını söyleyemiyorum. Kapıları kilitlenmeden kapanmıyor, sadece perdeler var, klima ses yapıyor. Diğer arkadaşımızın odasında buzdolabı inanılmaz ses yapıyordu, kapattık. Deniz’e yakın, ancak otele ait şezlong ve şemsiye bulunmuyor.

Çıralıda her seferinde farklı bir pansiyonda kalıyoruz. Bu kez fena değildi. Odanın tabanının halı olması dışında bir problem yoktu. Kahvaltısı baya başarılı. Temizlik de güzel.

Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Lage, hervorragendes Essen. Zimmer sind einfach, aber sehr sauber, Kühlschrank ist vorhanden. Wir können die Pension nur weiter empfehlen.
