Nice cottage minutes from the coast
Publié le 11 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayA really nice beach type cottage with easy access to much of the southern Maine coast. Modern bathroom and kitchen with comfortable bedrooms. A very homey feel overall with very attentive hosts who kept up with us via electronic means and made helpful recommendations. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to be near the coast with a little quieter environment.

This was one of the best stays my wife and I had. It was a great place to relax and very close to the town and shops. We highly recommend this place, it was a perfect get away.

As well, the hostess was very helpful.
Available if needed, otherwise you wouldn’t know she was there.

Publié le 7 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe cottage is an absolutely wonderful place to stay!! Patty and Eric have ensured that you have all the comforts of home. Anything you might need or think you need has already been thought of and is there for you to utilise should you require it.
It is close enough to everything, but still very quiet and peaceful which allowed us to relax and unwind as a family.
We will definitely be coming to stay again.
Thank you both for making our stay in Kennebunk a truly memorable one.

A beautiful property close to everything!

The owners of the property were very helpful and informative regarding places to see and the routes to follow. The cottage was named after the owner's aunt, "Polly's Place." It is a quaint cottage with thoughts of amenities supplied for renters from the linens provided to the welcome basket of snacks.
Close to Kennebunkport and Kennebunk, the shopping and restaurants are a short drive. Enjoyed seeing Walker's Point, the Bush compound, the Colony Hotel for lunch, Hurricane Restaurant for dinner. Great long weekend, hope to rent again in the future.
