I was not aware of a $50 incidental fee, but then again I didn’t look for one The refrigerator froze my drinks even after I turned down the thermostat I told the front desk about it. They did nothing. I had previously stayed there the night before since Saturday and when I checked out and checked back in, I requested room service When I got back to my room that night, I wasn’t able to get in my room and there was no room service, which was my biggest reason why I gave the hotel a two star rating I would also caution anybody who uses the third floor vending machine the items get stuck, and you have to shake the machine real hard or call for a refund Luckily, I was able to shake my Fritos loose The hotel has no real control over that. It’s up to the vendors to keep the machines operational

The hotel needs a refresh. The room needed a full paint job, so did the hallway. The shower curtain was useless tons of water wound up on the floor. The guy at the front desk might be better off not dealing with customers. He acted like I was disturbing him while I checked in and out and he rudely pushed past me as I was trying to maneuver a luggage cart out of the elevator. Maybe something was happening in his life or possibly I reminded hom.of someone he does not like. If it happened once I would understand, dealing with the public is challenging but it happened every time I had to deal with him. The bright spot was the breakfast and the hospitality of the woman who was working on the breakfast room. She was kind, helpful and cheerful and people were in and out, things got spilled etc. Everything and everyone that I observed was handled with a smile and kindness. Basically the exact opposite of the front desk experience. I would never stay at this property again and do not recommended it.

Everything was great except for the bed. It was hard as a rock and I could hardly sleep. Staff, amenities, breakfast and cleanliness were all great. The bed was absolutely terrible.

It appeared the whole property was pretty rough. Rooms and hallways were run down and old looking. Lots of stains around the lower portion of the walls, as if there was some flooding.
