Kenwood is located in the heart of Sonoma Valley wine country. Dozens of world-class wineries are just minutes from the property.

Families with children as well as adults-only groups will appreciate the configuration of the home. This contemporary space features two connected wings.

The main wing features a spacious great room with a fully equipped chef's kitchen, dining area, living room with a gas fireplace, media room, and walls of glass that open onto the deck with seating and views over the pools, vineyards and hills of Sonoma Valley.

Three bedrooms adjoin the great room: the master suite with a memory foam king bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom; a second bedroom with a memory foam king bed that can also be configured to two twin beds, a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom; and a third bedroom with a memory foam king bed and adjacent bathroom that is shared with the great room.

The second wing features a private deck and a second master suite with a memory foam king bed, extensive closets, and an en suite bathroom. There is also a separate large media room with a king-sized sleeper sofa and television so the kids can watch TV without bothering the adults. A dedicated workspace is also found in this area.

Fast internet access (500 Mbps) with mesh wifi is located throughout the house and grounds.

Outside the house you will find expansive grounds including a heated pool, hot tub, lawn, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, dining area, and multiple seating areas.

Amazing home and property with everything you need!
We had the best time celebrating my mom's 80th Birthday. Our group was 5 adults and 4 kids ages 6-16 and this house was spacious enough that everyone had privacy. We cooked and it was so nice to have a well stocked kitchen with every item you could imagine as well as toys, games, pool toys. The pool and outdoor space were just perfect. It was hard to leave and we hope to be back again! Thank you!

Perfect Stay
Our group of 8 adults had a wonderful stay. The backyard was incredible with the swimming pool, grilling area, large table, and fire pit...and then there's the beautiful view of the vineyards and sunset. The layout of the house was perfect with a big living room and the outdoor space, and privacy when needed with the rooms spread out. Super well-stocked kitchen with everything needed for cooking and dining. Convenient location, house is super clean, comfortable beds, beautiful outdoors with an abundance of flowers this time of the year. James and Nicole were helpful and communicative. Can't wait to return and stay longer!

Beautiful home and location
The house is in Kenwood, which was a perfect location for our group (4 couples), as we spent time in Healdsburg down to the town of Sonoma - so great central location. The house itself has 4 bedrooms , each with its own bathroom. Beautiful yard for outdoor events . Heated pool, etc. House really has it all. Would love to get back sooner than later.

PERFECT 10! James & Nicole are excellent hosts - attentive and responsive. The entire process was so easy! The indoor spaces were extremely accommodating for our group of 7 (2 couples and 3 singles). The perfect balance of separation and large gathering options. The outdoor spaces were equally wonderful for morning coffee, afternoon happy hours, lawn games, and a dip in the pool./hot tub. The backyard views of the vineyard and hillsides were the perfect backdrop, especially for sunsets. We highly recommend Landon Schoenefeld, Oak & Acorn, who treated us to an exceptional 7-course private chef dinner, plus Charcuterie for another evening. Wonderful experience!

James and Nicole were fantastic hosts and my group had an amazing and relaxing stay. They were highly communicative through the entire process and extremely flexible. The house was a perfect stay and in a central location to many of the top vineyards in the area. I would highly recommend staying here and I will surely be back soon.

Spacious, light-filled modern house excellent for family gathering
Despite the torrential rain during our stay, we had a wonderful getaway at this property. The house is just as spacious, light-filled, and well-appointed as it appears in the pictures, and the view from the back yard is even better. We enjoyed the spa and swimming in the heated pool even in the winter rain. Hosts were very responsive to questions and quick to resolve any issues.

Perfect!
This was a perfect house for 4 couples. Property is fantastic-great views, enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Great house inside and out. We also had a great night in with a personal chef and sommelier. If you can book Melinda Hawks you will not be disappointed! Would definitely stay here again! Wish had a little more then 3 nights to enjoy the property!
