Great family gathering place

We had 6 adults and 7 children ranging from 2-15. With 5 bedrooms (all with their own bathrooms), there was plenty of space for everyone. Great view of the river too.

Absolutely wonderful house!

If we could give higher than 5 stars we would! This house was perfect for our families to stay during our sister’s wedding weekend. It was decorated so lovely and the comfort was pristine. I think they only added touch it could use are some Adirondack chairs to sit outside and watch the beautiful view. We will definitely stay here again!

Reviewer Comments: While the weekend we ended up at this property was the most unfortunate and sad event Kerville has ever seen with the flooding and destruction of life and belongings, this specific property we stayed in was top notch - beautiful river view location, beautifully built and nicely furnished, superb spread out spacious plan where 15 people did not fill one bit crowded, and just nicely equipped top of the line kitchen . The beds and attached baths were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend this rental if you are looking for a getaway in Kerville area, we know we will be back in the property the next time we plan a family get together.
