This modern dormer bungalow offers superb family accommodation and is finished to an exceptionally high standard. It is within very easy walking distance of Keswick town centre and the various amenities the town has to offer.

The spacious lounge features generous seating, a large screen smart television, DVD and a gas fired imitation wood burner. The property benefits from high speed Wi-Fi.

The kitchen-diner has plenty of workspace and is superbly fitted with an electric oven and hob, an integrated dishwasher, fridge and freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. A large dining table and matching chairs completes a beautiful open plan family kitchen-diner, with picture windows looking on to the private gardens.

The gardens offer a secluded space to relax, and theres even space to enjoy a barbeque during the Summer months.

The property has a downstairs double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite, a large family bathroom and two upstairs bedrooms, one being a twin-bedded room with views of the surrounding hills and a further double room with a king size bed. All beds are Vi-spring and each bedroom has a television.

Warm and welcoming and well equipped. Convenient location for shopping and Fitz Park. Comfortable sitting room with reclining chairs, great after a long day on the fells. Kitchen and dining area perfect. Lots of hot water for the showers.

Best cottage stay yet

Absolutely beautiful property. Every possible need catered for. Beds very comfy, showers amazing ! Dog free, so lovely to have very comfortable lounge furniture ( not leather ) would certainly come again. One problem might be if a future party arrived with 2 cars. Not enough room on drive.

Holiday in Keswick

We have stayed at this property several times now and never failed to be impressed. The owners are constantly improving the furniture and outside of the house to very high standards. The property is so lovely and warm day and night. The location could not be bettered.Off street parking with driveway and gates, perfect!! Mustn’t forget the table tennis in the garage which is fabulous. Just a 10 minute walk and you are in the centre of Keswick which is such a lovely town with lots of great shops and restaurants! We definitely will be back.

Perfect location

Absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful cottage with all the amenities you need and so close to the town centre fells. You wouldn't know that other dogs had stayed there, it was clean and not a dog hair in sight! We will definitely be back.

Great Holiday Home

Our 6th stay at this warm , comfortable home from home . If we could award 6 stars we would . Kept in pristine condition by the super star housekeeper . Owned by kind , generous people who seem to really care about the wellbeing of their guests. Sarah and the team at Keswick Cottages manage the property in an efficient and friendly way. We actually called in at their office to say hello and , as always , were made very welcome. We have already booked our next stay . Property positives …. Quiet location , off road parking, within walking distance of ….. Keswick town centre , shops , parks , bus stops and good footpaths . No negatives whatsoever.

Great Property

A wonderful stay in a very comfortable and cosy property which offered everything one could ask for including onsite parking for one car. It's location is absolutely perfect being a few minutes walk from Keswick, along with at least 4 lovely parks close by all of which are fabulous for dogs. The Keswick Cottages team are very friendly and efficient. Sadly, we understand the owners will not permit dogs onsite for any new bookings, so we'll seek alternative accommodation in the area.

Lovely week at Crosthwaite Gardens

Had a lovely week away staying at Crosthwaite Gardens. On arrival the property was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent in a very quiet street but just a few minutes walk into Keswick town centre where there are numerous good places to eat and drink . We are regular visitors to Keswick and know how hard it is to find a property with off street parking and a garden space to enjoy. Crosthwaite gardens was perfect for our holiday and we have already booked again for next year.

Excellent cottage

A lovely cottage to stay in. Very well equipped kitchen if you wanted to cook during your stay and lots of plates, glasses, mugs and cutlery etc. The cottage was very clean and spacious. Excellent location, only a short walk into the centre of Keswick. Everything was good, just as described on Keswick Cottages website.

Another enjoyable stay in this lovely property. We appreciate the quiet location with good off road parking. The owners have put a lot of thought and effort into the property. It is kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeper. The friendly, helpful team at Keswick Cottages manage the property well . Local is the key word here . Holiday

We have stayed Crosthwaite Gardens serval times now and it never disappoints! Perfect location with parking and the place is so clean and warm with a fantastic table tennis in the garage which we made good use of due to the wet weather! We just love it and will be back!
