Welcome to your Sun Valley/Ketchum spa retreat — the perfect home base for ski season or summer adventure! Start your day with a workout in the garage gym, brew an espresso on the Terra Kafe machine, and head to the Bald Mountain ski lifts just 3 minutes away. After a day outdoors, unwind in the private steam shower, stream your favorite shows, or relax by the fire. With radiant heated floors and luxury touches, this remodeled townhome offers comfort and convenience in the heart of Sun Valley.

The space:
Our remodeled three-story townhome in Ketchum/Sun Valley combines modern comfort with thoughtful design. The tandem garage fits two cars and includes an EV charger. The spacious living area features an adjustable dining table, smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Terra Kafe espresso maker and Breville toaster oven. Upstairs, both bedrooms have luxury mattresses and ensuite baths. The primary suite includes a digital steam shower, and the second bedroom’s king bed converts to two twin XLs.

Guest access:
Located right on Ketchum’s bike path and the free Sun Valley shuttle route, you can easily explore without a car. But if you bring one, you’ll have access to a private garage plus guest parking.
Getting around:

– 3-minute drive to downtown Ketchum or the Bald Mountain ski lifts
– 5-minute drive to Sun Valley Resort
– 5-minute ride to downtown Ketchum on the free Sun Valley shuttle (the stop is right outside our door)
– 15-minute walk or 8-minute bike ride into town

The neighborhood:
Our home is nestled in a beautiful Ketchum townhome community, right on the bike path and across from a lovely park where locals gather and dogs play along Warm Springs Creek.

We’re just 1 mile from the Warm Springs ski lifts at the base of world-famous Bald Mountain, with the free shuttle stop only a minute from your door. Downtown Ketchum’s shops and restaurants are about a mile away, and the historic Sun Valley Village and family-friendly Dollar Mountain are just 1.5 miles beyond.

Step outside to the multi-use Wood River Valley bike path, or take a short walk to Adams Gulch and Heidelberg Trail — favorite local spots for hiking and mountain views

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Return the keys
Check out is at 11am. And we ask that you please do the following: 1.Put towels in the wash and start it (detergent and/or pods are on the table to the left of the washer / dryer).
2. Run the dishwasher and clean all used pots and pans (please do not put in the dishwasher). 3. Remove all trash from the condo and place it in the trashcan in the garage

Beautiful condo in a great location. Clean and current. Wonderful to have a garage for parking. Rooms, kitchen and gathering area are all very comfortable. Our host was also very responsive and attentive. Will not hesitate to rebook this unit in the future.

Nice property, Helpful host

A really nice 3 level property so you need to be able to handle stairs. It was clean, well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. It is about 1.2 miles to the center of town and a 10 minute drive to Sun Valley Resort, very convenient. Also, a nice bonus was the 220V charging plug in the garage.
