Upon entering, you'll first come across the cozy and spacious living room featuring a sectional sofa, a three-four person sofa, two armchairs, two gorgeous wood coffee tables, a 55”
flatscreen TV with cable and streaming, and a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace. After a fun-filled day in the mountains, this is the ideal spot to gather with your family, watch a movie, play board games, or simply relax. Or step outside and into the seasonal pool or year-round hot tub. You'll soon realize this modern condo is all about luxury and comfort, featuring brand new everything after a gut remodel.

Right behind the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen, with all the cookware and utensils needed to whip up everything that comes to mind. It also boasts modern, stainless steel appliances including a full-size fridge, dishwasher, Wolf range and hood, and coffee and espresso makers. There is a dry bar as you exit the kitchen and a convenient breakfast bar that seats three. The elegant wood dining table with eight leather chairs leads to a balcony that features a set of comfortable patio furniture, a teak dining table, and a gas grill.

This condo has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The main bedroom is spacious and features a 50” HDTV with cable and streaming, a height-adjustable desk and chair, and a sleeper sofa in case the kids want to stay in your room. The en-suite full bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a vanity desk. The second main bedroom enjoys beautiful views with access to the balcony and its en-suite full bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks.

What's nearby:
This gem of a condo sits right in the heart of the scenic Ketchum/Sun Valley area, an easy walk or quick car or bus ride into town, and less than three miles from all of the main ski and hiking areas. Pack your gear or pack light – it’s easy to rent skis, mountain bikes, golf clubs, fly fishing equipment, or anything else you need. Head across the street where you will find the Sun Valley Pavilion and the local ice rink. The Magic Lantern in Ketchum (one and a half miles) and the Wood River Theater in Hailey (12.6 miles) show current movies. Anglers can head out to Wood River or Silver Creek, both of which are quite famous for fly fishing. Or take a scenic drive to Redfish Lake and be sure to reserve your pontoon boat in advance.

There is a ski locker outside the front door of the condo that guests can use during their stay.
Please carry luggage to rooms or take care to keep wheels on the runners and off the light carpet.

Sun Valley 2024 - Wonderful weather/snow/accommodations

The condo rented was in a terrific location on a golf course with excellent Mt. Baldy views. It was clean, spacious and updated. Suggestions for owner: Lower the TV so it isn't at ceiling level for those of us that are "neck-challenged". (It would be nice to add TV use instructions to boot.) Otherwise, the value was excellent all in all.

I accidentally double-booked 2 places in Sun Valley and Vacasa would not refund me for this condo. We chose the other condo at Elkhorn because it was much larger but this condo looked fine. It is closer to town and has a nice view of Baldy.

Perfect ski weekend

Beautiful condo in great location. We enjoyed downhill at both Baldy and Dollar Mountains and nordic at the Nordic center. The condo was very close to all these activities. Easy access to Sun Valley Lodge and everything in Ketchum. The condo has been updated and everything is clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. The garage parking will not fit a larger SUV, so recommend asking about that feature. Lovely spot. Would rent again.

Property ID 2285569 Was a very clean condo with a well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms, with plenty of comfort and room for our entire group. My only criticism is that we needed the back-up code to the 2nd lock box because our 2 groups arrived at different times. A couple of the door keys were tricky and we had trouble opening the front door on more than once occasion. I would stay at this property again. We ski Sun Valley at least once a year.
