The Space:

Revive Your Spirits in Saltwater Revival South ~ Bring your family or gather your friends in this tropical waterfront escape. Saltwater Revival South is a bright and spacious 3BR/2BA home capable of sleeping 6 people. Bring your boat (or rent one locally!) to fish and cruise around Key Colony Beach’s pristine waters and enjoy peaceful backyard barbecues under the palms.  Enjoy the evening air on the private patio overlooking the water.  Located steps away from the Cabana Club, guests will enjoy its amenities: Olympic-size pool, pristine beach, bar and snack shack.



This half-duplex overlooks the 30' deep water boat dock which provides with quick & easy ocean or gulf access.   Fish cleaning table scaled for 5' catch.   The property is also equipped with an outdoor chest freezer for all of your fishing needs!



Key Colony Beach was designed for people who like to walk to restaurants,  shops, golf courses and beaches.   It's a Tropical wonderland for you to explore on foot, bike or boat.



Although there is no cable TV, the home is equipped with smart TVs throughout. You will be expected to use your own streaming services.



If you have a larger group ask about renting the other side of this duplex: Saltwater Revival North!  Which offers another 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 30 ft. dock.



NOTE: There is no private hot tub onsite at Saltwater Revival North or South.  A communal hot tub is offered at the Cabana club



Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay.

“Pet Friendly” we only allow dogs of 15 lbs or less and a max of 2 dogs. You are required to select this option when booking your reservation and pay a $150 pet fee.

The duplex could use some work. Broken tiles throughout and the glass stove top broken as well although it did work. The sliding glass doors jumped off the track quite regular. The house set up a a rental and the furnishings indicated as much. The rental company was nice and helpful when you could get in touch with them. The stay over all was great because of the family and visit.

This is a nice place. Set up well in a nice community. Very laid back and quiet. Cleaning missed some things in bathroom, but too tired to say anything. Wish they had some extras, like a couple beach chairs, a couple kayaks would be nice. No fun extras. Pool was very nice, but very busy and lots of rules
 Overall we would stay again. Cute and quiet area.

Great island spot!

We have been going to KCB for a few years, and this is the best place we have stayed. Close to everything you want to do. Easy drive to either Key West or Islamorada, but why leave. Tons of fun stuff in Marathon and KCB. Cabana Clus access is a must, especially with kids. We will be back!

Another great stay!

This is the fourth time we've stayed at this location, and our expectations are exceeded every time. House was very clean, nicely decorated, fully supplied and on a quiet street. We had one small issue which was promptly resolved by the very responsive management company. Location is great, neighbors friendly and pleasant, and Sharkey's Grill was about a mile away for great seafood and a coastal vibe. Perfect! Would highly recommend.

Relaxing week in a fantastic place

We really enjoyed our stay at Saltwater Revival. We enjoyed using the Cabana Club beach area. We went to Sunset Park to watch the sun go down. We loved being able to bring our dog. The checkin/checkout processes were straight forward and easy to follow. The home had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting out by the canal and doing some fishing. We saw a manatee there and my son caught a morey eel right in the canal. The property is convenient to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. The only negative I have is that some of the rugs and corners of the rooms are dirty. Overall though, the property was a great fit for our needs and I would definitely stay there again.

The home was very nice, clean and well equiped. The decor was very tropical and fun. The ease of checking in was great and had immediate responses to any texts that we sent. If I would have to complain about anything it would be that there was no TV in the 3rd bedroom. We had a great stay and I would highly recommend this place.

Middle Keys prime location

Many excursions available in Marathon, as well as close enough for a day trip to Key West. Salt Water Revival, was as described in VRBO. Back yard overlooking the canal was a great place to sit and have dinner as the sun sets. Access to the Cabana Club was an added bonus. Overall great experience.

Dream vacation

So thankful for our amazing stay at Saltwater Revival. The house is adorable and equipped with everything you could ever need. We loved the location with easy access to the gulf and Atlantic. Communication was quick and easy and the staff was very friendly. We are planning to re-book again next year. 100% satisfied!! Thank you!!
