This home features a spacious living room and a large, fully appointed kitchen with generous countertop space and an eat-in table area. The new owners have fully remodeled and refreshed this home with beautiful artwork, and premium quality towels and linens. Kick back and relax at the dining table on the patio out back and enjoy the water views of the widest canal in Key Colony Beach. There is an outdoor gas grill which can be used to prepare some fine local seafood. This home also includes a Cabana Club membership for four guests. A boat dock right in your back yard will accommodate an up to 40 foot boat. Enhanced outdoor living space with a patio covered by a generously sized Tiki Hut overlooking the canal. Outdoor freezer and fish cleaning station are right outside your back door. We are across the street from the KCB Dog Park, basketball, shuffleboard, and bocci ball courts and playground for children. One block away from the Golf Course and pickleball and tennis courts.
This property is one side of a duplex, and we also own the other side of the duplex which sleeps four and has two bathrooms. If you have a large family, please inquire about renting both units.

Great week on the water

Perfect location for snorkeling and fishing. Easy access to the gulf and Atlantic. The house was great, very clean and had all the essentials. The dock was perfect for our boat as well.

The best so far.

We have stayed at several places on Key Colony. This is our favorite so far. Managed by a private individual and very accomadating. Attentive to our needs. Clean. Everything you need. Again, our favorite on Key Colony so far. I hope we can find this one again next year.

Banana Cabana

Great week in the Keys

The house is in a great location on the canal and across from the golf course. It has a well equipped kitchen nice living room and the bedrooms have plenty of storage and room. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

A week in paradise

Exactly as pictured. Property was immaculate and well stocked with necessities. The community was welcoming and friendly to visitors. Great sunrises and sunsets. The stay included access to a nice private club pool/beach area. Dog friendly community with a park directly across the street and a dog friendly beach about 10 minutes away. Texts to property manager were answered promptly...all questions answered (no issues only simple information). 100% would stay again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Bucket list trip to the Keys

We had a great time in Key Colony with our family. We took advantage of the pool and beaches onsite along with the dog park. Marathon has a lot to offer and just a 1.5 hr ride to Key West. Lots of options close by or enjoy the house on the water with dock. We enjoyed watching the sun rise and set over the water. Great walking paths to enjoy. Very safe and friendly location. We loved that it was pet friendly.

Stay at the Banana Cabana

Very pleasant stay in the Florida Keys at the Banana Cabana. The neighborhood was pleasant and the location was convenient. It was close to restaurants and stores in Marathon.

Great spot in Key Colony

We had an amazing time at the banana cabana. Well appointed two bedroom home has everything you need for a great stay in key colony. We parked our boat outback at the dock. This is the first time we’ve stayed at a home on the boardwalk with a dock. Pretty cool set up to be able to walk up and down the “boardwalk” and interact with neighbors. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a blender to make piña colada‘s! The cabana club membership was a bonus. We did not get a chance to use the bocce ball courts and golf course across the street but next time we’ll plan for it. It’s great to have those amenities right there at your front door. Thank you for a great stay.
