Southern Diversion Estate Key Largo - Brand New private gated 1 acre estate on the ocean with private beach, tiki hut , tropical private pool and 105ft of deepwater dockage. Great location just 8 minutes from The Ocean Reef Club. Docks provide up to 100amp service and water. There is a deepwater channel right to the dock with ocean access perfect for large vessels. There are 300 feet of direct ocean access with stunning views. The estate has marble floors throughout , two living rooms with incredible ocean views and brand new flat screens, The home has state of the art kitchen, sub zero double refrigerator ,wine cooler top of the line appliances, granite countertops more. The kitchen is completely equipped and seats 18 for a wonderful ocean view dinning experience. There are 6 bedrooms, Bedroom 5 and 6 are attached to create a large Family suite. Quarters are close but also separate. Ideal for families with young children. There is also a daybed for additional sleeping. The home sleeps 17 all bedrooms have brand new flat screens, 5.5 baths all marble With over 5000 feet of living space the home lends itself to large groups ,family reunions, and corporate retreats. The property has an elevator. The home in Upper Key Largo is 45 minutes from Miami Airport. Right off the backyard sits John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park . It includes approximately 70 nautical square miles (240 km²) of adjacent Atlantic Ocean waters. It was the first underwater park in the United States. The primary attractions of the park are the coral reefs (such as Molasses Reef) and their associated marine life which is located right off the backyard of Southern Diversion.
This is the most popular park in the Florida State Parks system. Locals consider their home the Diving Capital of the World but the island is nearly as famous as a sport-fishing destination. We enjoyed our Christmas time this year at this beautiful location. We were disappointed in the FL weather which is unpredictable as anywhere Our main disappointment was that the heater in the pool was not functioning. Short but sweet.
Excellent from the time you walk into the house until the time to check out. Pictures do not so it justice. The house is beautiful and the views of the water are spectacular! Our family had such a great time. We will definitely be back. We highly recommend it.

The property is spacious and comfortable. The street has a number of commercial enterprises but we enjoyed being an easy walk from two good restaurants and the property itself is very private. We enjoyed watching the boats go by, many birds soaring across our expansive ocean view and the family of iguanas that made a daily showing in the large sand play area with hammock. We were a three generation group of eleven and we all had a great time, lots of it spent in and around the pool The refrigerator lost its steam on our last day and Joe, the property manager, had repair people right there to take care of it. It was a lovely, carefree vacation.

Overall the house was great to gather a large group. The bedding is not quite how we thought. Was not a deal breaker for my family. There are 2 kings, 1 queen, 1 bunk room (4beds) and the master has 1 king bed with a trundle bed plus the closet is used a bunk room (2 beds). It’s best for families or 4 couples due to the bed configuration. Location is great. There is bit of activity at the north end of the property since there is a small public beach. It was never annoying. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Joe the property manager was very helpful and attentive as needed.

Just perfect
We rented the house for the week between Christmas and New Year’s. We had our extended family all come down. The house could not have been more perfect. The kitchen was beautiful. They had spices and seasoning to help with cooking. They also had a coffee maker and filters. The bedrooms and bathrooms suited our family very well. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. There are two sets of washers and dryer’s. Although we didn’t use the one that’s outside. They even included some detergent. The grill worked and was perfect for what we needed. When the weather warmed up a little bit, we were able to really enjoy the pool which was really nice. The house was very clean. The bathrooms and showers were great. I could not have asked for more. We had a little bit of an issue with the dishwasher and Joe the property manager was very responsive and had a repairman out there the next day, even though it was a holiday week. He was very easy to work with and talk to you. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you all for allowing us to rent your house.

This property is gorgeous. The home is on a corner lot and has lots of outdoor space for activities. The house was very spacious and just absolutely beautiful. We’ll definitely be staying again.

50th Wedding Anniversary
A great site overall. The pool and the Tiki Hut are an added plus. The outside of the house is really impressive, and the inside views are beautiful. The screened in area off the kitchen was a favorite place to sit and relax. We had 16 people and the only issues were one of the bunk rooms is small with no outlets that we could find, windows that we could open, or a cooling vent. We also had an issue with the microwave that Joe, the property manager, took care of quickly. Thanks Joe! The built in ice maker in the island did not work either. We had a great time, and the family really enjoyed the stay. Would recommend as a place to stay.
