The curry Mansion Inn has no staff at the location so everything is done via text. They did not supply tissues wine glasses coffee mugs. We were staying there a week and requested a clean halfway through and was told that it would cost us additional money. The bathroom was extremely dirty, I don't think they've ever bleach cleaned the shower or the floors. The grout in the shower was black. The baseboards had an inch of dust along with the blinds and the window sills. The only thing nice I could say about it is the size of the room and bathroom were excellent but again dirty. I would not recommend this place at all. Super expensive with no amenities.

This was a disappointment. The room was not very clean with little gritty specks of something all over the floor and, eventually we noticed the same gritty specks in our bedding. We briefly thought they might be bed bug droppings but we dismissed that as there were no other signs. The noise from Duval was very loud until midnight (and later on Friday night) and prevented us from getting to sleep. The front porch was very nice for people watching but our balcony was something of a jungle. You really had to look through all the branches to see the street or anything interesting. I realize that some might find that ideal but I looked forward to having my coffee in the morning and enjoy the views of the neighborhood. We ended up in the house across from the Curry Mansion and that property had absolutely no charm at all. It was basically a dormitory with nothing other than two floors of bedrooms. Not what we had expected. In three days we never met a single staff member. We won't stay at another property with no front desk and no live personnel onsite. The Curry Mansion was beautiful but even that had a musty, old house smell. The property just lacked some TLC. The good news is that we were able to find parking on site which did help. I don't think I've ever whined this much in a review but we were pretty disappointed.

If you want to be close to the "action" of Key West, this is the place. A half block from arguably the center of Key West's Duval St. entertainment and restaurant district. The Inn does not have elevators so if you get a second floor room be prepared for climbing lots of stairs - we are older so that was a bit of a challenge. The Suite was roomy but the carpet was dated and clean but stained from years of use. Parking was a challenge but manageable. All in all, we would stay here again. I didn't give it 5 stars because we had to cut our stay short due to a severe ice storm bearing down on our home in NC and we had to leave. The Inn was receptive to giving us a refund for our unused 2 nights (or so it seemed) but they told us we had to reach out to Expedia (Hotels.com) and that seems to be an impossible task. If we return, we will probably try to book directly through the Inn and I am not sure we will use Expedia/Hotels.com for any future travel plans.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The building was absolutely gorgeous. It is a little odd in that the entire check-in and out process is remote - there is no staff on site. I did have to call them for a question though and it was immediately answered by a person who got me what I needed immediately. There is a free, very nice washer and dryer with free laundry detergent!

Bed needs replaced in room 303. Bathroom & bedroom both comfortable size. Staff at George's very welcoming. Did not use the pool nor the side porch off our room as too cool outside. Great location as we could walk everywhere.

The carpet in the room was stained and filthy. No daily room service. It is in a VERY noisy part of the city in Old Towne. There is a bar on the backside of the rooms that plays loud music until midnight and sometimes beyond midnight. If you want to sleep, don't stay here. The faucet dropped all the time and the water in the shower barely got hot.

I had spoken with Anthony the day before arrival, letting him know that we were arriving several hours earlier than check in. He said that if the room was ready early, we could check in. Needless to say, the room was ready early but we were never notified. The room was stuffy and a little scary since the bathroom lighting was attached to an extension cord that went under the exterior bathroom door to a plug in the hallway. Needless to say, we will never stay there again. the bartender, Lucy was the shining light of our day!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was on the bottom floor and right near the pool. The location is the best! Parking is available at the hotel. Not very many spots but we got one and walked everywhere. Scooter rental place is super close. You must try breakfast at Blue Heaven or the Crepe place across from Blue Heaven. We ate at Sloppy Joe’s which was good also. Fishmonster fishing charter was a lot of fun and I found the tickets off of Groupon. Book the back of the boat it is well worth it!
