BAHAMIAN BAMBOO has been painstakingly decorated and furnished in a sophisticated yet distinctive Bahamian style. Your lifestyle in this home will be very Bahamian as well, with large French doors that open up to provide seamless tropical indoor/outdoor living. The pool is just steps away from the living room sectional or the outdoor dining area. You'll never want to leave this peaceful oasis, and yet you'll be just two blocks from Duval Street. Enjoy the nightlife and it's famous attractions, like the Green Parrot and Willie T's to enjoy some live music, Mallory Square for entertainment and a sunset stroll. Best of all, you'll be less than a half mile from the Fort Zachary Taylor State Park Beach for a day of snorkeling and sun. Combine the uniquely Bahamian decor of BAHAMIAN BAMBOO with the perfect location and the amenities of a private heated pool and private off-street parking, and you have the ideal spot to relax and recharge.

THE POOL and PATIO...

The pool is large enough for everyone in your group with plenty of room to swim around with both sun and shade throughout the day. The pool area includes comfortable chaise lounges to relax in your own oasis all day. A large propane BBQ grill sits in the back yard as well. There is a full outdoor dining set right by the pool for a great island meal after a day of sun.

THE COMMON AREAS...

The open living plan, with those big French Doors is perfect for entertaining. The living area has a plush sectional sofa. There are additional comfortable chairs in front of a large flat screen HDTV with full cable and DVD player. There's the fully equipped chef's kitchen, a beautifully designed space with gourmet appliances created for those who LIVE in the kitchen (when you're not dining at one of the amazing nearby restaurants). You'll find lots of hidden treasures in this kitchen; from the extra bar seating for three, to the 42 inch counter-depth refrigerator/freezer. Off the kitchen is a lovely dining area that overlooks the open living area.

Check in process was wonderful we arrived early they were able to store our bags and delivered them when house was ready they even had a fresh key lime pie in the refrigerator waiting for us. Location is phenomenal, close to everything. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for the memories!

Fantastic!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in the nice cozy home in Truman Annex! It was perfect for us and our little dog Heidi
we enjoyed sailing, bike rides, long walks, relaxing by the pool and the occasional key west bar! We stayed for 18 nights and loved it! We have been coming to Key West for almost 20 years and this was our best trip! Thanks Samantha and Laura.

House and cleanliness is 5* Location is 6* Last Key Realty amazing! 5* Pool 2* Landscaping 3* Biggest detractor is the condition and cleanliness of the pool! We booked this property specifically for the private pool and it was not in great condition nor in working order. The skimmer was not working, algae build up on the sides of the pool due to over run landscaping around the pool. Landscaping needs immediate attention , lots of overgrowth which also hampers the pool. It’s a shame because if the owners could get the pool sorted it would be an amazing property. If you are coming for the pool experience too I would pass for now. Sorry guys, get it fixed please Thank you John

Fun for the whole family

We had a lovely stay in Key West. The house is close to everything but far enough away that it’s quiet and family friendly. There is a great grocery store (Fausto’s,) a CVS, and many boutiques and bars a few blocks away. More pluses were; the beautiful pool, there was plenty of room for everyone, great showers, and all the staff that we worked with before, during, and after our stay. We had concierge service from start to end. Thank you, Shel, Beth, Cicelly, and Chad for making our trip special.

Excellent Property

The house is in a perfect location. It has a very private feel. It's great for 2 couples, with comfortable seating inside and by the pool. Beds are very comfortable too. Kitchen is well stocked with all you need for cooking, grill is in excellent condition. The covered parking spot fit our large SUV comfortably. The heated pool is larger than most in KW, and was delightful both day and night. The property manager was very responsive to anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home and location. We love Key West and knowing there's a beautiful place to come home to every night made our stay just about perfect. Perfect location!

Gorgeous gated community! House was perfect for 6 people. Downstairs shower needs improving, no water pressure. Master bedroom is amazing. Heated pool was perfect for the time of year. Pool could use a little cleaning, and no sun. We used it a lot at night. Beach is just a 3minute bike ride away for lots of sun. If we had any issues they were quick to accommodate us. Overall it was a perfect place to enjoy Key West and all there is to offer.

Beautiful home in ideal location.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous neighborhood right in the heart of downtown Key West. Walk to everything: shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. The property management is excellent and very accessible. Shel was helpful, super friendly, and gave us great local info! He definitely wanted to ensure that we had a great stay-which we did! We hated to leave, but we look forward to coming back.
