The pool area was tropical and comfortable. The outside noise from traffic and people talking in the parking lot at very early hours was heard clearly inside the room affecting sleep. Front desk didn't want to hear the feedback and didn't let you talk to the general manager to discuss issues.

Had a really good time, lovely setting on the coast. Great heated outdoor pool and spa. It was a nice touch to have a welcome email explaining all the facilities. Only tiny bit of feedback on the welcome email is to let us know not to take the luggage out until we have checked in. I didn't see the notice on the wall by the Entrance until after we had taken our luggage out. Otherwise would recommend this hotel.
